The staff make it very easy for me when I'm there. They all have very good memories because I never need to tell them my long difficult name for my transactions. It's seems they have already got my account pulled up before I get to the counter. Service is super fast. Usually there is no line when I come in, but on days when they're real busy I have noticed that they are very fast and efficient at the same time being very polite and smiling. The staff should all be getting metals or blue ribbons for their customer care. This is the first bank in my life where I actually look forward to their warmth that their smiles and good cheer bring. I'm happy to call them all a friend. Also too, I've had to make some wire transfers which were a considerable amount of money. Before they started the transfer the did background checks on the establishment to make sure everything was on the up and up. There was one time I received a check I was told was good because I was selling my car. When I brought the check to the counter B.J., one of the gals there noticed something funny about the check and brought it to management. They did some searching on my behalf and found out that the bank the check was drawn on never even existed. It was a bogus check. Ultimately, saving me from getting scammed. I owe a lot of thanks to Bre, Shaynee, B.J., Courtney and others for their attention to detail. And for always making me feel welcomed. After my visit with the bank I'm always energized a bit from the smiles and laughs I experienced. The overall experience for me is that I prefer to go in the bank because of them, rather than using the ATM on the side. Again, they all deserve brownies and flowers for the five star service they provide. I only wish other businesses had people like this working for them. I have cancer and…read morework full-time but had to start working a second job to pay for an out-of-pocket medical treatment that really was helping me. For over 3 years I worked 7 days a week to earn enough to pay for it. I would send the medical facility money to put on my account and then go for treatment when there was enough. This worked well until I got too sick to go and finally had to ask for my money to be refunded. There was well over $5,000 on my account but they were rude and said it wasn't there and ended the call. I called CSCU and got Latela in the Call Center. She was so kind, and wanted to help but it had been well over a year since the medical institution has cashed my last check for $3,500. She tried everything but it was not possible to see who endorsed a check cashed that long ago. All I can say is she took a few days and must have jumped through unimaginable hoops and she emailed me every bit of info she could find to prove that the medical facility had indeed cashed my check. She said she regretted being unable to know how they would respond. Well, I sent them the information and they responded! They said they had put $3,500 into the wrong account in error and refunded all the money on my account! All in all, Latela saved me $5,500 that I can use for cancer treatment. I had been facing a deep, dark, desolate pit of hopelessness and I cannot even estimate how many hours she put into this, but Latela restored my hope. She is a priceless testament to the customer service and integrity of CSCU, and she will be priceless to anywhere she ever may work. From the bottom of my heart, CSCU, thank you for Latela. (Btw, the medical facility really, truly made an honest mistake, and were just a bit hasty to imply a long-time customer had suddenly tried to defraud them.) Still, without Latela, I would have lost years of hard, hard work and not been able to recoup my funds.

After a short while our confidence grew, and we transferred over more into our savings and opened a safe deposit box. What a delight to be greeted with a smile and people know your name! The entire staff is friendly and professional. The absolute best part is this bank is dog friendly. On a late summer hot day we stopped in to do some business. We had all four of our dogs with us and I was dismayed that they needed both of us to complete paperwork. When Mr. S explained we didn't want to leave the dogs in the hot car, they invited them to come on in. It's one thing to bring one dog with you everywhere you go but seldom do we bring all of them and have them welcomed and fawned over. I love this bank!

I was in aware of a check cashing fee $8.00 the fee was a shock as the check was drawn on there bank however what I didn't expect was being treated so poorly! I would never bank with BofA and certainly I would never enter this business again! The teller only wanted to put me in my place plain and simple! Have we lost all civility? And when someone answers, the CS reps are in India...taking the jobs away from Americans...for the sake of BofA saving money. Perhaps they should change their name to Bank of India as there are no CS reps in America any longer. I moved $180,000 from BofA savings to Discover Saving Bank; all Discover employees (credit card and savings bank) are in the US. The CS is superb. I recommend Discover to anyone wanting top level CS. She started to fill out the copy and stopped to say I had to fill out a page that was designated for an SEC rep to fill out. I tried to explain to her I don't fill that part out. Sh called over the manager and he agreed with her. However, She said another teller would come t my house to notarized the copies for a fee. AND I could use the same paperwork????? I let the bank and got a notary to do this and it cost me $90.00 to get my signatures notarized. As a former U.S. Branch Manager I would never have treated a customer the war I was treated. They care about my family and have a unique way of preventing scams and thefts. They single handedly prevented my father from sending away a few thousand dollars to very skilled fraudsters. When I was in a pickle while out of town this bank hand delivered a check to a local business to help me out. I have never had a bank do this for me. Above all this, the staff are what makes this bank my bank. The manager Gretchen is always kind, willing to listen and refer me to the experts needed in town. Melani the assistant manager calls me if she notices something about my account and has helped me sort out a few mis-calculations. The tellers are vibrant and always so friendly. They greet me when I come into the bank and they even share their coffee. I feel like family when I come here. The commercial banker Mark is always willing to say hi and check in on things with me.
