I went into my interview with Lisa M, and was excited! She was very nice, and told me that I was definitely qualified and that in fact, she had a position she was going to submit me for right away! I asked what my next step was and she said that she thought i was qualified for this particular job, but if I didn't hear from her by Friday to shoot her an email. (Interview was Tuesday). I left feeling good. But by Friday, still no email or call. It happens - people are busy, other people are qualified for the job but I didn't think much. I shot her an email Monday morning checking in, and here I am 3 weeks later, no call, no email, nothing. In the meantime, I signed up with Boly:Welch and they have been fantastic, and I am already on my second job with them. I get maybe not being able to place me right away, but no call, email, nothing?? Especially after telling me I was super qualified? In my opinion, that is SO unprofessional, and disrespectful, as if my time isn't worth anything.

The manager wouldn't even give me the time or day. She said she knew what type of person I am, and started telling me what I am all about. I only met her twice. I never once told her what type of person I am. So judgmental and sure of themselves. The person who did hire had bricks for brains and just stared at me and made jokes and giggle she was my recruiter agent and didn't do anything to help me. I could have done her job so easily, but I wouldn't write this review if the manager wasn't so judgmental and rude.
