The staff was pretty good, although we were only checked on once after we got our food. We were not that hungry but we were in the mood to try this new Indian restaurant. The menu is huge as this place offers regional foods from all over India, instead of just north or south. The menu could have used a copy editor though. Some items, especially those that have fish, were crossed out. Made it a bit hard to read. We shared a thick mango lassi ($4) that had little flecks of Indian spices like cardamom and saffron mixed in. For dinner, we split an order of tandoori chicken ($18) and an order of haka noodles with vegetables mixed in ($11). The noodles were very salty from the soy sauce and the portion of noodles was enough for 4 people, way too much, even for us large eaters. The chicken was just the right portion for 2 people to share. I love how lemony it was from the lemon juice as well! I'll definitely 10000% order the tandoori chicken again. By the end, we ate too much and we were extremely full by the end. But honestly eating too much is just the story of my life! The music was also so loud that I wanted to leave soon after arriving. Even with earplugs in, it was uncomfortably loud. I had the food wrapped up to take home. They also used to have kheer on the menu but they took it off before I had a chance to try it, bummer. Overall, it is not a good fit for me, but others seem to like it.
