Whenever, I change my appointment, due to an illness I can't control she acts like I'm personally doing it to annoy her. I called because I couldn't make it last week because it felt like my whole body was on fire. She treated me like a 5 year old. The next time I called to move an appointment she said again? I mean she almost made me start tearing up right there but I just said, yes again. I would never wish what I go through on anyone. But maybe it would be nice it would be nice to see what it felt like to be disabled for one day! Maybe she wouldn't treat people so poorly then.

Tonight I did a walk in for a pedicure and wasn't sure what to expect. I also read a previous…read morereview that was less than stellar. I have to say that I was really impressed overall. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I liked that fact that the pedicure area has a half wall separating it from the rest of the salon and Wal-Mart. I found the whole salon to be very clean and modern, and witnessed several employees cleaning various things in the salon when they weren't with customers. When the salon closed, my nails were still wet and they stayed and waited for me to be complete. I apologized as I'm sure they were waiting to leave but they said it was no problem at all. I also found them more affordable than other nail shops around Bismarck. Great experience overall.

The technician SEEMED friendly but then when she started filing my nails and she was very ROUGH and DELIBERATE!! My 1st mistake was I didn't wear my reading glasses. And I didn't notice the how awful my nails looked until I left and arrived at a function I attended that afternoon. The second was not to speak up.
