The gentleman at the front was very attentive. He explained the different options offered a drink and throughout the whole experience he checked up to make sure not just me but everyone in the salon was taken care of and had something to drink if they wanted. He also kept up good conversation and seemed to know some of the regulars. My pedicure was awesome. The chair is by far the best spa chair I was ever sat in. You can tell they spent some good money on these. My pedicure guy did a good job and I was pleased My hands. ANDY! You rocked it! He did an amazing job. I showed him what I wanted and he assured me he can do them even better. My nails came out amazing and I am super happy. I was in there about 3 hours. I booked my appointment in advance and total I got pedicure, nail rival and full set so 3 hours is great with the nail are I got. Price was reasonable for the experience and work done. I highly recommend this place. Living in SoCal and Arizona I was skeptical about my nails in Bismarck. I am pretty picky but I will definitely be back next time I am in town!

And grand daughter come in and the little one had been nervous with the pedicure process and they worked with her and the grandma so well, I was so happy for complete strangers. 3. For myself, I text in, not thinking they would have any room for my pedicure and fill the same day. No. They had some time in the schedule. They won't tell you, "sure come in" if they can not accommodate you. They seem to value your time, as they value their own. I'm so thankful for that that. 4. I love my nails and I love how they treat their client family. I overheard a cancelation they had received, of a client who cancelled due to a Covid exposure They said "Let us know if there is any thing you need." And they MEANT IT And Jackie looked Legitimately concerned for their client. My Lord. I'm a life long client after two visits.. You're not a client, You're family. Tonight I did a walk in for a pedicure and wasn't sure what to expect. I also read a previous…read morereview that was less than stellar. I have to say that I was really impressed overall. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I liked that fact that the pedicure area has a half wall separating it from the rest of the salon and Wal-Mart. I found the whole salon to be very clean and modern, and witnessed several employees cleaning various things in the salon when they weren't with customers. When the salon closed, my nails were still wet and they stayed and waited for me to be complete. I apologized as I'm sure they were waiting to leave but they said it was no problem at all. I also found them more affordable than other nail shops around Bismarck. Great experience overall.

I am Hispanic, so you can safely assume my hair is dark brown, almost black. I asked Amanda to do an ombre weave of lighter caramel/ blondish color. I had gone to bombshell and the girl there did not do a good job at lightening my hair, which I understand. Amanda blew the job out of the park.
