He was professional, helpful, & knowledgeable. Why am I giving them a one star you might ask? Because of my second experience just a couple weeks later. I went in to purchase a mounted microwave. Pam was my sales associate & just like Spencer, was professional, helpful & knowledgeable. I choose the microwave I wanted, payed for it, & then was told they didn't have it in stock until after I purchased it. They then told me **I would have to go to a different facility** to go pick it up a week later. (The day I purchased this was a Saturday & they told me I'd get it Thursday) Strike one. But I was willing to try to be the better person & left their store saying thank you. Later that evening I called the store & told them I wanted to pay the additional 100$ to have it delivered & installed. They told me not a problem & they would call me on the scheduled day ( a week from then) to let me know what time they'd arrive. I never received a phone call on the delivery day (Thursday) & could not get ahold of an associate to see what was going on. Strike two. I called them the following day (Friday) & asked what was going on. I was told I'd get a phone call back within 30 minutes. An hour went by & I called them. I spoke with an Associate named Linda. I was told that they didn't know what was going on & that it could be delivered tonight (Friday). I explained to them I was not happy that no one reached out to me, & that now I need to cancel my Friday night plans with my wife to wait for a microwave to be delivered & installed before 7pm. I asked if I could get any kind of discount, compensation, credit or anything for the inconvenience. Linda, being *very rude* told me tough luck, we can give you a refund or change the delivery date. Strike three. So here we are. Come on Boyles. You treated me with respect when I was making a purchase. But after I've made the purchase, if you're going to treat people rudely, discount or not, I have to tell others to be aware. Do better. ***Update (the following day)*** My microwave was never delivered that Friday night as I was told. I just called this morning & found out they canceled my order on their own stating "we weren't sure if you wanted us to bring it still & we saw your one star review".... my favorite part was being called a liar this morning when I told you I wanted it delivered yesterday. Very professional. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I paid you. You took my money. I was told a day. You didn't do your job. I followed up. You told me you weren't sure what happened. I stated I was upset. You didn't care. I told you to deliver it last night. You told me it would arrive by 7pm. It never did. I called the following morning to be told you weren't sure if I wanted it anymore & was called a liar..... Do you see the pattern? If someone pays you for a service, do it, especially if it's your instructions of when it will be done.

On delivery their guys tracked in 3-4 inch globs of mud, broke items on our ceiling as they hit the freezer, then smacked the freezer on the metal and concrete in our storage room doorway. We called four times asking them to check the freezer as it would not get down to the temperature of the exact same one next to it. They refused to come but claimed to put an extended warranty on it. Here we are a year after the manufacture warranty and they're refusing to do anything, claiming it's our fault for not harassing them until they showed up to view the damage. Sally, the manager, was awful to deal with throwing out accusations like everything had been our fault even after talking to their own delivery guys and their admission to all that they had done. As if the damaged top of the door could have been caused by anything but exactly what their guys hit! Never again! I will go absolutely ANYWHERE but here and tell everyone I know and talk to.

It broke down one week after I bought it and because they are right around the corner from me I walked in their shop and told the receptionist what happened and she told me to call whirlpool. I said that their door said sales and service and she argued that they had no service men and to call whirlpool I told her to take care of it because I had just purchased the refrigerator. The argument went on until the guy that sold it to me walked in. I told him what was happening and he understood the problem and would send a service man out as soon as he could, probably a couple of days. The service man came and replaced the computer and all was well. The refrigerator has worked ever since. The receptionist made me so angry at the time for her bad attitude I will not recommend this business to anyone in fact I will and have told friends the story of her not taking responsibility for their products that they sell and service. Love my fridge hate the receptionist.

The first day there was no apology for canceling my order or any of that information just unfortunately there's nothing we can do over and over again then the next time when they couldn't get my order after 45 minutes they again said unfortunately there's nothing they can do over and over again except cancel my order and repurchase it right then and there I'm sorry but I can't just return $1,000 and pay out of pocket another $1,000 waiting for it to come back into my account 3 to 5 days later this store is BS. Why not take responsibility for the crap trash that you guys are apologize and make it right. Not to mention as well both days I worked with different people so it means that they're culture is not just per one person it's across the board. In February 2026 I decided to buy my 85 year old mother who was in hospice care and I was her caretaker a more comfortable recliner. The delivery was set for between 1 and 3 pm. My sister and her son were going to be at my house at 1130 to help move the furniture out of the way for delivery set up. At 1045 I go to take a shower before my sister and her son get here and I hear people in the livingroom so I hurry out and the delivery guys had just put the chair in the middle of the floor with an 85 year old woman on oxygen and her tubes running through the room. If she hadn't been up in her other recliner nobody would have answered the door but she was. I come out of the bathroom with wet hair realize they had just delivered it 2 hours early and chase them down as they were driving off. The one delivery guy said there wasn't space for a setup I said my sister was coming over but you are 2 hours early so they came back in helped me get the other out of the way put it in the spot it was going didn't demonstrate any features show how it works etc. The chair is nice and functions well. My mother passed away on April 1 and I am using the chair now. My problem with RC Willey is that when this initially happened I called customer service because I didn't feel that they fulfilled the setup and delivery I paid for. They never called me back at the time but life got bad with my mom's health and she passed away and life got upended. So I finally took a breath today and decided to call RC Willey customer service again. It took a while of let me check on this etc. The end result was they would not refund my $99 setup and delivery because they did actually come back in when I stopped them from leaving. My point was they were 2 hours early and were just going to leave it in the middle of the livingroom.They were not going to fulfill there part of the delivery contract that I paid for. I sent a review in February about this but if something would have been by customer service I would have continued to be a customer but since this determination today I will never be a customer again over a $99 set up and delivery charge that I felt should be refunded because of the way they just left the chair in the middle of the room because the space wasn't ready for set up because they were 2 hours early

He came and decided to was the valve and not the ignitor. When he went to order the part he kept complaining that it was coming from South Korea and had no lead time. I own a bakery and my oven is my livelihood, so to be down to the small top oven was a big deal. I tried to be patient when it took 7 weeks to get the part in. He comes out and it is the wrong part. I figure mistakes happen, it is what it is. He claimed he tried to order the correct part again, always stating it was the valve and not the ignitor. after another 6 weeks he calls me to say he is pulling out from this order cause the company is not communicating with him and that my only options are to try to buy the part myself or purchase a new oven. He also stated that he would come by the next day and put my oven back together (he took the back off and left screws and things just hanging out inside it for months). He did not show up for 2 more weeks! He did not apologize for the issue or inconvenience at all, just blamed south korea. I asked him to please write down my part number needed and he wrote down the valve. He also refused to take card (I get it, but it's 2022) but could take venmo. When I tried to venmo him, he did not have the app, nor did he know how to use it. As soon as he left, I went online and found the part he told me it was at Appliance Parts Pro.com and told it was a true GE part, not aftermarket. I reached back out to him to see if he would at least be willing to come out and install the part. He them tells me he refused to do that and to call Dick Kersley instead and maybe they can help out. I called Dick Kersley and they sent Laren out 8 days later was the soonest. He comes out and checks it and it was clearly the IGNITOR the ENTIRE TIME! I had a feeling it was that and I thought about buying the part but didn't. Laren was able to get his team on the phone, find the part and have it delivered 5 days later and come out and install it. I wasted 4 months of my time, lost countless orders and business from not being able to accommodate requests all because of their inability to diagnose the correct issue and let along purchase the correct part.
