Verdict: The Ribs were absolutely the best. HUGE and well smoked. They don't really need BBQ sauce, but it makes a good addition. The BBQ sauce is light and different but surprisingly tasty. The chicken was pretty decent. If you want chicken, it'll do the job just fine, but I'd focus on the ribs. The beans were very different, but also pretty good.
