I saw that I could make an appointment on line at Benito's. It was with Nicole. I brought a picture of a short layered cut and told her it absolutely had to be wash and wear as I am not good with hair. She did a wonderful cut...probably the best one I've ever had and my mother was a hairdresser!!! Nicole is there Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I highly recommend her. Thanks Nicole. I showed up to my appointment and asked for a natural bushy brow, she waxed one side of my face nearly clean off. I have 90's style brows now, I grew my brows out for a month before I came in, and now I'm back to square one or less actually.... Very disappointed. I even spoke up about it not being anything like I asked and still paid $30 because the tech was being very defiant and wouldn't apologize. All 8 of us did different variations of up-dos and the stylists were helpful and patient with us as we decided what we want. They worked timely without seeming to rush and all of the hairstyles turned out perfect for the night. I typically have hair that falls out of curls and flattens over the hours, but my hair stayed perfect for hours past the end of the wedding and partly into the next day. I was thoroughly impressed. I didn't double check if the 29th was a Saturday so I suppose that's my fault? I then asked her to have a manager call me and she said she is the manager and they're busy in the summer and there is nothing they can do. And that was it.
