Was having trouble with the salon I was going to and wanted to try a new spot. I found BB online and it happened to be super close to home so I figured I'd give it a shot. So glad I did! While small, BB has everything you need for a beautiful mani or pedi in a cozy, friendly environment. I booked online, which wasn't ideal, I have now found it's easier to just call the salon to schedule your appointment - no problem at all. I had an old dip mani on so I had it removed by I believe Olga. She did a great job cleaning up my nails and prepping them for new dip. Fany did my manicure which included the shaping, dip, and mani. I think they came out great! The shape is exactly what I asked for. The dip was not too thick, but also held up well - and I am a savage on my poor nails! My last salon did a beautiful job but they never held up against my day to day abuse : I unfortunately caught my thumb in a drawer, like the animal I am apparently haha and did some damage. They were able to accommodate my schedule so well and Fany was able to patch me up. I was in and out quickly - even though the salon was busy. They did a great job handling all of us. My manicure lasted until the next morning, if that. Manicurist was not friendly. I would not recommend this place.

The worst nail service I have ever had. The woman did not get all the old dip off my nails before applying the new coat, did not soak and remove my cuticles, and cut me with the drill. The filing is sloppy and uneven, and she drilled off the tip of my pinky nail. Instead of reapplying dip and fixing the shape with a file, she painted over it with a NEON pink gel before I told her to take it off. When I said my manicure was awful, she told me that I should have spoken up when she was doing my nails. You're supposed to speak up when you don't like the color, I didn't think the "nail tech" needed to be informed that she was doing a bad job. She should know that this is an awful quality manicure. It was so bad that I didn't realize she was done shaping and cleaning them up until she started applying the top coat. The woman, I assume the owner, told me she was still charging me full price and I could come back tomorrow for her to fix it. How can you fix it if you didn't do it right in the first place? NEVER AGAIN! Awful customer service and took no accountability for the poor work she did. Sad because the young girls who work here are great artists, but I will never be back. ***Notice how on the bad reviews the OWNER says we just wanted free nails and don't have money? LOL, It's not about the money, you should be embarrassed that you own this salon and this is how you do nails. ITS A TERRIBLE MANICURE. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE BAD WORK. YOU CUT ME AND MADE A MESS. Zero class and an awful way to run a business. How unprofessional to insinuate that people are trying to pull a fast one on you when they come to you for a service and it was done horribly. Shame on you. read more

I've been going to BB Nails for almost 4 years. They do an outstanding job and their prices are so reasonable. I'm not sure what the other reviewer is saying about them speaking Spanish but I've never experienced anything like that... they've always been respectful. I wish I could give zero stars. I kept speaking up about not liking my nails and Erica just kept gaslighting me blaming me and getting loud. First she says she's the owner then she says it's her mom but her mom knows nothing about nails yet her mother does nails lol. I went for the first and last time .. I wanted a full set with pink and white acrylic I even showed the girl a picture of what I wanted .. what I was asking for was very simple .. almond shaped nails with pink and white acrylic .. the girl filled so much that by the time she was done I had what looked like dog paws left .. my nails were so short and the acrylic was soooo thick... and when she first stared she stared using regular acrylic and I had to correct her .. her application of the acrylic was horrible.. the whole experience was bad and I even told her to stop filing them so much on the sides .. I do not recommend at all .. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 I'm 35 and that was the worst experience ever .. I came home to just cut my nails down and take them off it was that bad .. and they still charged me full price $60 for trash ..I didn't even want to argue about paying so I paid and left .. Do not book with this nail salon! I'm very unprofessional they had a young child running around. I booked an appointment to have my acrylic nails removed and a full set put on. They had me wait 25 minutes before putting my hands in acetone to remove the acrylics which I was not happy about right there that completely destroys your real nails. The way they let me walk out of that nail salon was terrible I had to take the rest of the acrylic off myself. And they still had the nerve to charge me $10.
