It's alright.. $13/person okay. The girl at front didn't give us direction on what we should do after we pay. No "okay you can take your shoes off here and go they those doors" we kind of had to navigate ourselves when we've never been there. She just made me sign a sign a waiver and pay. So I was kind of confused. It has two inflatables, slides , a shallow ball pit, slide, infant/toddler room, and a room to ride these cars. The two inflatables were pretty standard. One bouncy house another obstacle course. The slides are not too high up but might be steep for toddlers under the age 4. The shallow ball pit was pretty dark. lol. I laugh because underneath the slide/jungle jim area it's just dark. My 1yo was scared to walk to that area and I don't blame him. The infant toddler room has a mini kitchen, train tracks, blocks little house, and a ton of toys kids can play with. I get nervous because so many small toys how often are they cleaning them? Trying to find places we haven't brought the kids, I discovered BB Kidz Klub! I booked this for my little brother's 8th birthday last year and it was a blast. The kids had so much fun. There is so much to do (everything for little tikes to big kids). The time frame in the play area seemed like forever then we went to the party room to have food. The staff was very helpful, even with trying to put on your own music for the kids! I had made a Spotify playlist for his birthday theme and we were able to use it. The served cake and cleaned up. Since we were the last party for the night, we were able to go back into the playground once the kids finished eating. I would definitely come back for another party! read more

Lots of great play spaces in here to appeal to every kid. Nice space for babies, too. Climbing structures, slides, inflatables, riding cars with a track. Clean, bright, open spaces. Bring your own snacks and drinks. Not sure if it would work for kids over about 8. And I can imagine that once school is out, the bigger kids might run over the little ones if parents (of the bigger kids) aren't watching carefully. read more

This place is terrific! A welcome addition to the Westford/Littleton area. We have a 21 month old and he has lots to play with and do at BB Kidz Klub. There is a nice size toddler area with age appropriate toys and things to climb on. Plus the indoor climbing "castle" is very well built and kids of all sizes and ages enjoy it. The only knock on this place is the entry way/check in space. From one point I understand trying to maximize the play space on the other it is difficult to shed your coats, snow boots, remaining kids garb in this tiny space before entering the "no shoes/socks only" area. Mix in 4 or 5 excited kids and it's a touch of chaos. Also, adults and kids hands are marked for child protection purposes and this does prevent random people walking in from off the street. But no one is really checked upon exiting. Overall a fantastic place... Would give 4.5 stars if yelp would allow! read more

I come here often for play dates with my son and we usually love it and have an amazing time! So we decided to have his 2nd birthday party here. Well, it wasn't as great of a place for a party as it is for just a day out. They charge A LOT of money for not having a host who interacts with the party and kids. I have been to many other parties at gyms and bouncy places where the host introduces everyone and plays games with the kids-nothing like that here. They need to spread out the time more too. They have one party in the play area until the time that your party starts! A 15 minute time frame to allow people to come in for your party without having to wait in the small entrance for the other party to go in the eating room would have been nice. Or having the whole place to yourself for that price would have been even nicer for the 1hr45mins. Instead, while your party is playing, the party before is eating in the room (and both parties are sharing bathrooms). Three other complaints-1)the workers were rude, not helpful and rushed you, on a day that is supposed to be so important and memorable to your family. 2)I spent hours and money making my son a special, themed birthday banner that they didn't allow me to hang on the wall...would have been nice to have been warned about decorations ahead of time. & 3) we had an extra 15 minutes in the cake room and we wanted our son to open some of his gifts and they don't allow that. I recommend going here for playtime but if you want a great birthday experience, search elsewhere! read more

I had my son's birthday party over the weekend (7/20) it was almost 100 out that day ... When i got there they didn't even tell me that the AC was broke i made a comment and then the lady said oh yea the AC broke this morning. I had both kids and parents miserable because of how hot it was inside the building. They made no accommodations the entire time we were there, they didn't even close the place. Right after our party they held another party. BB Kids Westford continued to allow people to use their building knowing how unsafe and hot it was in there. They did provide me with a few free passes for my troubles and so far has refused to refund me any money. I don't see my family going back and i would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Fun indoor play for toddlers and up. We've been to a few parties here and our kids always enjoy it.

We went on a Wednesday after reading they would be open from 9-6 Tuesday-Thursday that week. The lights were off and the door locked. We waited 20 minutes to see if anyone would come because we drove all the way there. No one came. "Tuesday-Thursday" which was on the website and the front door, means Tuesday through Thursday. Did they mean Tuesday and Thursday? Who knows... But I had a very disappointed boy. read more

Took my daughter to the location in Westford back in the spring and had to abruptly leave after 10 minutes. The associate at the front desk told me they cant give a refund but took my name and said next time I come in it would be "taken care of" Went in yesterday and the person at the front didnt have my name. Called Manager who said I was S.O.O.L (Out of Luck) the place was under new management (not ownership) and without taking the time to verify in the old log books there was "nothing that could be done" We have been BB Kids Klub Yearly Members, attended Birthday Parties there but this will be the LAST time we spend a dollar at BB Kids Klub (Westford OR Leominster) The right thing to do was honor what I had been told back in April rather than make me feel like a criminal trying to pull a scam for 20 minutes of play time we didnt pay for. This place has gone downhill. There are no trains for the train table. There are no cars for the car ramp. There is no play food or dishes for the play kitchens. The LEGO table as barely any Legos. Everything is worn out, broken and just not maintained. Only giving it a 3 cause my kids still love the bouncy houses, slides and bikes and basketball. This place could be amazing if they just put in some effort to update and upkeep. read more

This place was very clean. They were very organized with the party. I was afraid with the timing it was going to be rushing but the host did an amazing job so it didn't feel rushed at all. I asked to have my presents hidden and it was the best idea they were waiting for me in the lobby to just grab on the way out. I didn't have to worry about opening them or loosing any. Disappointed in our attempted outing to BBKidz Klub earlier this week. We arrived at 9:30, posted opening hours are 9:00...when we arrived, the inside was dark and none of the inflatables were blown up...so we left without playing. Staff is sometimes friendly enough, sometimes unfriendly. The place can get very overcrowded and there is little staff presence in the play area. It's fairly clean. The chairs/couches are perhaps the most uncomfortable I've ever sat in and as a mom to multiple kids including an infant, I need somewhere to sit and nurse. If we hadn't pre-paid for a bunch of passes at a discount, we wouldn't have any desire to return. The kids ask to go but after a big let-down like this week... read more

We had our daughter's 5th birthday party there yesterday. Everything was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful and the kids had a blast. The staff did a great job setting up the party room, serving the kids and cleaning up. They even unload and load up your car for you. We didn't have to do anything! I love that they offer private parties so that the kids have the whole place to themselves. We paid extra to have Elsa at our party and she was well worth the money. She was great! When she wasn't face painting all the kids, she was happily following my daughter around and playing with her and her friends for the entire party. I highly recommend BB Kidz Klub for birthday parties, or just a safe, fun, clean place to take your kids to play. read more

Horrible customer service,and the worst kids birthday party.workers where very rude and disrespectful.the trash was overflowing the whole time even though we asked multiple times if they could empty the overflowing falling on the floor trash (they never did).the trash was still there when we left.goody bags we had brought were missing.overall I would not recommend this place or ever go back there are many other options that are cleaner and have better costumer service than this place.I've never seen or heard anyone anywhere speak to a paying customer in the manner in which these girls where.just an awful place with terrible service. read more

If you are looking for a place to take your little one to get out of the house, or beat the heat, this not a horrible choice. (this is where I give my two stars) The kids have a blast. If your have more than one toddler I would be aware there are plenty of play structures that need 110% parental guidance to prevent injury or a surprisingly big fall. If you are looking to book a birthday party I would not suggest this location. My experience started off rocky when I went into the location to gather information on what their parties offered. I was taken back by their extremely small, cluttered entrance. Customers belongings were EVERYWHERE. A huge improvement to this business would be offering a clean, welcoming entrance, and finding a better location for customers to leave their shoes, coats, etc. (maybe the tiny party room, and relocate party room to back space where scooters are - just a suggestion! ) Anyways - I approached the employee and told her we were their to check out the space for a potential birthday party. her response was "well what would you like to know".. extremely unprofessional and made me feel as if I was bothering her and she could do without my business. Another employee managed to guide her with some information to give me and I got the very few details I needed. I decided maybe this young girl was new - and learning herself - so I decided not to let it ruin my first impression. She quickly showed me around the space and was VERY quick to have me leave the area so she could go back to whatever she was doing. She noticed my daughter, who was soon to be turning 2, was extremely excited to see the bouncy house.. I asked if it was okay to let her just run into it for a minute or two since we needed to leave within a few minutes and she actually charged me $10 to let her go in the bouncy house. I was shocked. You wold think if someone came in to book a birthday party which is a decent amount of money to book - you woulds allow them 3 minutes of complimentary play! Again, I let it go and kept telling myself she was most likely a new employee. I decided to book anyways since we were in need of a very specific party time which no other location had open. Now I understand why, a month out from the party date, this location had SO many open party slots. Fast forward to day of party - experience was HORRIBLE. Staff was extremely rude to myself and our party guests. The lobby again was completely cluttered and a huge turn off, with the different mixes of parties going in and out. Parties are overlapping so the tiny lobby is not only swamped with 1 parties belongings - but also another groups belongings. I think this business would succeed a little bit more in the party aspect if they choice not to overlap parties. Its not handled well by the staff, and it creates chaos. I had multiple people in my party tell me how rude the staff was to them. We also arrived a few minutes early to the party (5 minutes to be exact) and we were told we were not allowed to bring in our decorations yet and how to wait outside. In a children's place, you should have a staff this is smiling, friendly, and able to handle chaos that accompanies these type of events. The party room is entirely too small and does not work. We had adults sitting outside of the room unable to eat or share in the cake celebration. Overall, this location is not worth the money you pay for have a children's party unless you are in a complete last minute bind. The feeling I left with that day is the staff is NOT fit for this position and the business is only looking for your credit card at the end of the day. read more

Awful birthday party experience. I reserved a day and time and they sent me an email the week before asking if I wanted any upgrades, balloons, juice boxes for the kids, etc. So, I decided to go all out, have balloons for all the kids, make sure the parents had water and that the kids had juice and I asked for one of the special characters to be there during the party room time. First, the party before us hadn't cleared out of there and we had to start our party late. Then they cut our play time short. We got to the back room and there were no plates, no balloons, no juice and no helpers! I asked for the special character and the girl just looked at me and said she only worked their once a month. Nothing had been done. We were waiting for them to take care of the cake and no one did anything. So, I put the candles in, my friend found a lighter and we did it ourselves. I was just so embarrassed, the party was a total flop. They took some money off but no apology. The owner should have called. Nothing would really make it better but I would never suggest anyone go there for a party. They are not organized. I have been other places that really had it together and it was such a pleasant experience. This was stressful and made me sad for my daughter and her friends. I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews, especially for such a small place but FML was this the worst place ever. I went to the leominster location and had some problems. I was instructed to call here for a manager, well guess what a manager is never available and neither is the owner. I just wanted to let them know about their rude employees and lack of care and attention to customers. I can see they do not care or maybe do not know as employees never transfer you to a manager or owner. 2 locations and no management does not seem right to me. "Call back later" and "Our manager is never around" is all we got from both locations. read more

My daughter went to a birthday party here over the weekend. I was excited to check out the new playground. When I first walked in I noticed how small the space was. Being that my child is only 4 it was ok, at best, for her age. The kids in the party quickly got bored with the lack of things to do there. Also there was no one helping with the party, it was just a free for all, no supervision or assistance other than the parents who were invited to the party. All of this was not going to be worth writing a review to me until we went into the party room. The room was very small and cramped and a girl who I assume was the hostess came in to take out the trash from a previous party! She walked into the small space, full of party guests and started removing and overflowing bag of trash from the room. it was rude and disgusting. Why would she not have done this while the kids were playing and she was at the front desk on her cell phone and chatting with the other young woman at the desk. There was no assistance during the party room time, not sure if there was supposed to be, but someone did make sure to poke their head in and let us know we only had 5 mins left in the room. If I had paid $260 for this party I would have been livid. The icing on the cake was when we were leaving and my child was getting her shoes back on in the lobby. There were two young women standing at the desk talking to eachother, neither of them even aknowledged myself or my daughter. They did not ask how the party was, they did not ask if she had fun or if we would like information. I understand that their texts must have been very important, however, the satisfaction of customers in a new business should come before what your plans for the night are going to be. I was very disappointed at our experience here and honestly do not see this business making very long. I would NOT recommend visiting BBKidz Klub. read more

We had an AMAZING birthday party today at BB kids!! The staff was amazing and covered all the details from setting up to organizing timing and serving our food. We had the entire place to play for an hour and the party room for another hour. BB kids is very clean and fun for kids and adults of all ages!! We had our son's party here. The waiting area was MUCH too small for numerous kids and parents to gather to wait for the previous party to clear out. It made check in difficult and there was not enough room for shoes and coats. The play area really should clear out 10 minutes before the incoming party not 10 seconds before. Also, two parents told me the check in staff were sort of rude to them. I did not witness this but IF it's true it is a little upsetting. One parent told me two workers exchanged an eyeroll in the waiting area when she was trying to get her son's shoes and coat on because she was in the way of a cart but had no where to move to get out of the way. Anyway, my son had a great party and the kids enjoyed themselves so it is more a matter of manners and logistics. read more
