The tellers are quick and courteous. For simple tasks as cash deposit or withdrawals, you can be in and out in less than 3 minutes depending on the rush. So, I decided to go in. I had my five pound dog with me when I went inside. When I got to the counter the teller spoke immediately stating that she could not and would not assist me in making a deposit, due to me having my dog with me. I was shocked! I stated that I had taken my dog inside several different locations and that I have never had any issues before. I told her that I had problems outside trying to make the deposit and that was the only reason for coming inside. She could have cared less about the problem I had outside. I walked out, but went back in. When I did, two other females that were there. They said nothing and offered no solution to the problem, of trying to just make a deposit. I have been a member of NCSECU for over 30 years. Recently, this banking institution has failed to…read moreprovide quality services, failed to disclose information, failed to process monetary requests and failed repeatedly to protect my accounts from being compromised and repeatedly refused to accept responsibility for errors that negatively impacted my accounts. NCSECU places undue restrictions on its members. For example, I attempt to initiate a personal loan, but my credit score was under the unreasonable limit that was required. When I agree to a co-applicant, who was present, only then I was informed that a co-applicant had to be a member of the credit union. Of course, I was denied the loan. Another example that I can give was placing a stop payment on a company that was continually withdrawing money from my account without my authorization. The credit union not only allowed the continual withdrawals but failed to inform me that I had to request a stop payment on varying amounts to prevent subsequent withdrawals. Despite being a loyal member of the credit union, I was treated with a lack of respect, notified of restrictions after the fact and victimized numerous times by a banking institution that is more concerned with protecting its assets as opposed to its members. I strongly recommend that consumers search elsewhere for a credit union that values its members.

My mortgage has been with them since 2010. I have never been late and my credit score is above 740. I paid the money for the appraisal but was told I could get that back of the loan does not go through, etc. the whole process was to take at most a month. I called to get status, they took their time at calling me back. Then someone else called because the person that was originally assigned to my account was no longer there. We had to almost start over. Then I was told they would escalate all of the issues and let me know about the payment that I made, but I had to call them about 3 more times and to date, no returned call. I get a letter in the mail that because I didn't get the repairs fixed, they would not be able to approve my loan. I will never recommend Wells Fargo to my family or friends. Their customer service is the worst ever! A big institution such as this should have customer service excellence!

I went out to my car to get the 2 receipts I had for the transactions where they did it for me just a few months ago. He still looked at me dumbfounded and had no answers for me. This is bad business for companies who write checks to their vendors from this bank. I would NEVER run my business account through Wells Fargo if my vendors can't cash them!!
