She is efficient, personable, and her charges are far more reasonable than any other tax service. The IRS has never notified me of an error on my return since I've been going to Jan. I recommend her to all my friends. I suggest that customers tip her well because she is more than worth it. (A tip isn't expected for requested, of course, but you'll be saving loads of money and getting outstanding service, so WHY NOT?) I see all outstanding reviews here except for one.
