Their website asked us to pay fully in advance(!!) and sent a confirmation email for the payment and date of the event. Their photographer didn't show up at our event and they never called us back although we left them voicemail that we and our guests were waiting for the photographer. This is a very very bad look for MacroHype Photography, as every guest shockingly asked us the name of this company. We reversed our credit card payment easily but we also will review them on every single possible website and social media to let people know they need to avoid hiring this photographer(s) or have a back up photographer in case they don't show up. Very rude, unprofessional and irresponsible photography.
