It arrived the day I left on vacation out of state. I left my old water tank at home. When I arrived at my destination, I discovered the water tank didn't fit my machine, and my machine wouldn't work. The supervisor I talked to in order to fix the situation was extremely rude and unhelpful. They wanted me to pay for the right water tank out of pocket and pay for the overnight shipping. They did finally mail it to me 2-day shipping for no charge, but not until I insisted. The supervisor was so rude she made me cry. Today I waited on hold for 30 minutes during my work day to talk to someone about my bill. There were 10 people on hold before me. Finally there was one person before me. Then the automated system said "there is no one to take your call. Please call back later". I reached out electronically and discovered that when they sent out the bill they had not even tried to submit it to my insurance. The kind girl on the line said they get at least 20 complaints per day about this. Things seemed to go downhill for them a few years ago. Their billing is terrible.

To make everything better, it was SO much CHEAPER than the Sam's in Honolulu, Hawaii. Heck, it's like everything is on a super sale when visiting the mainland. Great location, plenty of parking, friendly staff and since I use the scan and go app, efficiency was achieved. I visit Sam's every weekend at home, and if I were to live in Ogden, I'm sure I would frequent this joint every weekend, or more as well.

The Pharmacists and Techs are super friendly and will do what they can to assist you in a timely manner. One rather weird part about this CVS is the clinic portion where they administer vaccines. They don't have a real dedicated spot for it. You're sitting on a chair in the cosmetics department while anyone and everyone is rolling around with carts next to you. It's odd to say the least and not something this place can really control since CVS took over the pharmacy long after the store was built. It would be nice to see some space carved out for a bit more privacy.
