I called Frigidaire they set up an appointment but they said call TRI Lakes appliance repair. I called and spoke with Tammy, there she actually got me in two days earlier for the repair. She was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and making sure that she had the information so that it would be only one time I gave her the model and serial number. She is responded back to my emails even if it's at 7:00 or 8:00 at night. They set up the appointment with Brian. Brian came out with all the parts necessary to repair it but the number for the some of the parts were not even in Frigidaire system yet he put in the ones that it showed going in there but they did not work because Frigidaire had not the updated parts for the new model. Brian walked me through the process for getting Frigidaire all the information needed for this to be completed. Brian called it the day before to confirm appointment and said he would be out later in the afternoon to make sure the parts came in for my new Frigidaire oven. The parts came in but he came early when he got the parts and it said a 5:00 came at like 3:00 and called me on the way. Great guy. Both Brian and Tammy help me with Frigidaire and getting and taking care of my oven and warranty issues. This is a great company great customer service, great service people. I wish all the companies I ever worked with or as good as them. I lived in a 40 unit condo complex and was the board president and head of Maintenance. If all my vendors were as good as them my life would have been easy. I don't know what more to say again great company great service and knowledgeable

Dryer vent: I inquired about cleaning an internal vent line and was advised to schedule a visit. After the technician arrived, he explained that internal vent access is not part of their work, so nothing could be done during the appointment. Refrigerator water quality: I asked whether water quality concerns in a one-year-old refrigerator were more likely appliance-related or plumbing-related, and was advised to schedule a technician visit. After evaluating the situation, the technician recommended addressing plumbing first. The technician was professional and informative. My experience relates to office communication and clarity about service limitations, which would have helped avoid an unnecessary appointment.

After going back through all invoices, here's what happened: * Visit 1: $225 for a "drain line fix" that was never needed or actually fixed. The drain line is still set up exactly the same as when we moved in and has worked perfectly fine. We were even told to call a plumber, and the plumber confirmed there was no issue. * Same visit: $287 to replace a dryer belt (part #WE03X29897), which is a ~$10 part and a relatively quick repair. * Visit 2: After about an hour of diagnosing, the technician blew off a sensor and the washer immediately started working again. * Visit 3: After the washer was already functioning, we were then advised to replace the suspension rods ($155). Total paid was around $660. The main issue isn't just the price which is absurd for about 60-70 dollars worth of parts--it's that the problem wasn't correctly diagnosed from the start, and we were charged across multiple visits before arriving at a solution. There was also a repair performed that did not appear necessary. Being publicly called a liar instead of being asked for clarification was unprofessional, Rick. I also contacted the main office after these visits, and the pricing breakdown I shared previously came directly from them. Sharing this so others can ask more detailed questions upfront about diagnosis, pricing, and necessity of repairs.
