We just did the ropes course. Reasonably price. 3 levels of course. I actually liked the area where the adventure zone is...

It's small, but bigger than I thought. They have rope climb and bouldering. $15 for first time with equipment - shoes and harness. $6 after for entrance if you have your own gear. $12 if you need to rent. It's a good little climbing gym just sucks when it's crowded.

It is located right besides shell in E. Cervantes, if your not paying attention you'll miss it. If its your first time climbing, this is the place to go. The staff were friendly. I don't know his name but He was helpful and let you do it your own. He doesn't hover he lets you try it yourself and help you when you need it. Very professional. Note**You can bring your kids (18yrs under) but make sure you are the parents or else they wont let you do it. You're going to fill out waivers for you and your child before they let you do it. For $15 theres shoes and harness that comes with it for 2 hrs. If you want your kids to cLimb, theres must be an adult that needs to be there to help them climb. The staff wont do it for them. The only downside is that the place is small and narrow inside. The ropes were too close but nonetheless the experience was great!

Great Indoor Playground & Laser Tag…read more We are Urban Air regulars in Chattanooga TN and came here on vacation. This location is even better than our home location! Laser Tag was this dad's favorite part. It's good for the kids and the parents and made the trip great. Staff was friendly, this was a more unique location. Place was clean. All in all a great way to hide from the Sun if you're burnt or hide from the rain.

Our party hostess, Skyler, was friendly, attentive, and did a great job. She had our table decorated and ready when we arrived, served cold drinks and hot food on time, kept our pitchers refilled, and made the party announcements. She was attentive to our needs throughout the party and helped everything run smoothly. One area I would really like to see Urban Air improve is the food selection. The menu offers several choices, but there aren't many healthy options, such as fruit or vegetable trays. Since outside food isn't allowed other than cake, cupcakes, etc., I think Urban Air should consider offering healthier choices or allowing families to bring in food options that aren't available on their menu. My biggest concern was the temperature inside. I'm not sure whether the HVAC wasn't working properly or the AC was turned off, but it was extremely warm. Even people who were just sitting were hot and sweating. With such an active environment, a cooler temperature would make the experience much more comfortable. Even adding fans throughout the facility could help. Overall, we appreciated Skyler's excellent service and the ability for the kids to stay and play until closing. With better temperature control and a few healthier food options, the party experience would be much more enjoyable.
