It is a small building but they have packed it with activities that seem to cover a wide age range. We went on a Monday so it was mostly small kids, but my fifth-grader spent three hours going through all the indoor and outdoor exhibits before we left for lunch. We sprang for the planetarium and it was a bit long for the small kids but mine was interested the whole time. We were impressed with the inflatable planetarium.

G this company makes millions I'm sure, lots of team members just sitting around. Hire someone to clean. Get new blocks in there. They look like they've all been chewed and it doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned in there if I'm being honest. The team member seem super clueless, and I called one day a couple times and never received an answer on the phone. I let one of the team members know I don't know if their phones are working because I couldn't get anyone to answer and he said "oh. ok" lol. They also have zero restrictions in the toddler area except for a sign that says no one above four. Lots of kids were running over my child. At the end of the day my daughter enjoyed it here but I didn't feel the most comfortable with how dirty it was.

My kids attend a summer camp where Nonie showed her animals. I was not there otherwise i'd have stopped it. I only learned later that day when my kids came home. Nonie you are introducing pathogens to the kids from the animals by allowing kissing, but you're also cross contaminating germs between kids when they are kissing the animals one after another. I just can't even believe you would think that giving children the option to decide on their own if they want to do this is ok. My son is six years old. Children are not old enough or mature enough to consent to such reckless behavior. At the very least, obtain parents' permission beforehand OR remove the kissing option from your programming entirely. We will not be participating in Nonie's Animal Encounters moving forward.
