I was retested & the results were the same. The service here is great! Lisa at the front desk is personable and efficient at her job. Eric, the Hearing Instrument Specialists knowledge of how the ear and hearing aids work together helps me to understand and use my hearing aids effectively. He addresses any concerns I have when I go to my appointments. He listens to my questions and provides me with visual as well as verbal answers to adjust my hearing aids as needed. Learning to use my hearing aids requires wearing them regularly and practice on my part, but my husband & family members are happy I'm back in the conversations again. Also, I'm thrilled to be able to adjust my hearing and be part of the conversations again when I'm out socially. Dr…read more Daniel Polosky had me do a hearing test and came to the conclusion it was not permanent it was fluid in my ear and he could do the procedure right then and there which consisted of first a camera up my nose then cutting a small hole in my eardrum to put a tube in there to drain it well halfway thru the procedure I coukd hear!!!! Now let me just say Dr. Polosky is the most nicest funniest doctor I ever had!!! He made me feel so comfortable with what he was doing by telling me ever single step he was doing and if he needed to stop if it was too much he would. I have never had such a good experience with a doctor especially while getting a uncomfortable and slightly painful procedure which was well worth it!!! Let me mention again HES VERY FUNNY!!! He said his kids would love to hear that lol thank u so much for treating patients the way u do! The place was busy and I was waiting a little while but to get to see a doctor like that was worth the wait!

Speaking to the supervisor about it, she's just as bad as the rude receptionist. The PA doesn't know anything and is sending you home with no answers, no referrals, and still symptomatic. You have to suggest the referral specialists to them you got from ChatGPT. Don't you think they should know what specialists to refer you to if they can't make a diagnosis? Don't waste your time and money. And navigating their phone system sucks. Its like trying to get ahold of the federal government. Very poor patient care. If your looking for hearing aids, consider someone else. We…read morefirst meet EARMASTERS at the Big E (I guess that was our first mistake) and my father decided to do business with them. Purchased one of the top of the line hearing aids. Being my fathers first pair, he was VERY careful with them. The small wire broke within the first few months and EARMASTERS repaired them free of charge. The wire broke a second time within a few months but EARMASTERS will not repair them again unless he pays $150. Numerous attempts were made to contact EARMASTERS through phone calls/messages and emails but they have failed to return my calls. I reacheded out to the manufacturer of the hearing aids, Audibel and responded very quickly. They suggested I contact one of their other preferred providers for assistance, which I have done. Will keep you posted on the outcome.
