For someone that is pretty young and has severe dental anxiety due to a past traumatic experience,…read moreI had one of the BEST dental experiences ever this past Tuesday! For a little background knowledge, I got the Right side of my wisdom teeth removed at a dental office in Texas and I was supposed to get my left side done along with a crack tooth. However I was in so much pain at this dental office IN TEXAS, I never got my cracked tooth and my left wisdom teeth extracted. A couple weeks back I experienced extreme pain from the cracked tooth, this pain was highly uncomfortable leading me to have an emergency appointment with my actual dental office. They ended up referring me out to a oral surgery office called Bayside however they wouldn't be able to see me until January. I knew my pain was so intense and that if I let the tooth stay in my mouth any longer, I possibly could've died if a infection would've got to my bloodstream. Fortunately, at the emergency appointment, I was told there was no infection or abscess, but the tooth was truly dead, and there was no saving to it due to how deep the crack was. The cracked tooth had been in my mouth for roughly 2 and a half years after my first experience, I was so scared and frightened to go to any doctors office however, upon researching, I found Dr. Flock's office, and I read reviews, and I really took a leap of faith off of the great reviews, and I am here to report back what amazing experience that I had. From the beginning to the end, the two ladies, Mrs. Jennifer and Mrs.Crystal at the front desk are absolute, sweethearts! Those two ladies helped me tremendously, especially me being so young and navigating life in general. This being my first time getting IV sedation and using my husband's insurance as a newly married couple, I was pretty nervous. I would call the office so many times asking for information and how much my insurance would cover to get all the information I wanted in order to be prepared. these two ladies were absolutely respectful and so professional not once did they ever give me an attitude over how many questions I asked how many times I called, these ladies are truly outstanding front desk, receptionist! Due to my severe pain, I opted for the same day consultation and extraction. I got my left wisdom teeth and my cracked tooth removed and I am on day three and I literally feel little to no pain. like AT ALL just swollen. The pain truly is a 1 out of 10. I did get IV sedation, and I was so freaking nervous, the machine that was tracking my heart rate was beeping nonstop, that the nurse said by the time I have the procedure I'm going to be tired from being so nervous lol. Dr. flock and his wonderful dental assistant reassured me and conversed with me to calm my nerves, and it definitely helped. Dr. Flock is VERY professional and communicated to me the whole time he explained how my teeth were perfectly in the great position to get them out and that the procedure wouldn't take long at all. I literally felt like the procedure was 10 minutes and I kept asking after the procedure, "are you sure you got everything" lol because it was that fast to me. I am truly amazed by how professional, Dr. Flock and his staff truly are. I did have to pay a good portion even with my insurance coverage however, that is something I would do over and over again due to how greatly and professionally I was treated! I truly never experienced any dental visit like this, in the beginning I was very nervous, but they talked me through it and he communicated whenever he was getting ready to inject the medication into my IV and next thing I was laying in the dark with a nice blanket in the dark and the light switched on, and I was done lol. thank you Dr. Flock, Mrs. Jennifer, Mrs. Crystal, and the lovely dental assistant that was with Dr. Flock for my procedure! You all are highly professional and skilled individuals, and I would recommend everyone, especially people with severe dental anxiety to be seen by this office. 1000/10!!!!! I felt so welcomed and reassured!!

The office recently moved a few hundred feet into another complex. I requested a change through Yelp HQ last month that continues to be pending. The services my two children received are exams and wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Quigg and staff have been wonderful. They accept most insurance and are happy to get insurance obligation info for their patients. In my case the cost was minimal for their services. Cannot recommend Dr. Quigg and his office enough.

OMG. I HAD WISDOM TEETH EXTRACTED!! Where do I begin? SKIP TO NEXT PARAGRAPH FOR SUMMARY!! Okay,…read moreso I've only had surgery ONCE in my life and I was only 4 years old so I don't remember enough of it to consider it an experience to tell about. So in my ortho treatment I was referred here to do just a supernumerary tooth removal of a baby tooth that never came up to the surface. But, I've never had surgery done before (4 year old experience doesn't count in my book as an experience to tell about if I can't remember the moment myself right? Right.) so, I of course was nervous that I had to get this done in order to start my orthodontist care. So, I also had 5 wisdom teeth... FIVE!! So, I'm like "what the heck, get them all pulled at once" because I'm one of the toughest gals out here that I know. Everything went great with the consultation and before I knew it I had the official extraction appt booked for 6 teeth removal. I of course grew anxious and hella nervous as the days moved onward and I called almost every other day for some comfort. When I tell you that the staff was there at my beck and call ready to bring me the best comfort and reassurance they could possibly have given me prior to the appt would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. They happily answered all of my questions and put down all of my worries with such grace and compassion. I could literally hear the staff on the other end patiently and kindly access my needs. I truly believe that that alone worked most of my nerves down. And oh man, when the time came to get it done, they literally held my hand and walked me through the whole thing before I was in and out of slumber (I chose to go to sleep).Oh and 6 teeth removal took about 45min to an hour! DOCTOR DUNCAN AND HIS STAFF WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST FOR MY FIRST TIME HAVING SURGERY DONE. I can not express enough how much of a positive experience you guys have given me. They really did great and took GREAT care of me! Thank you all so very much. Having been here from WA state since April of 2024 I will admit that going to a new place will always be scary but I'm so glad Dr. Sarah Orthodontics referred me to you all!

Located in Colony Square on Denbigh Blvd, I was referred here by my dentist for a consultation to…read moreextract 3 wisdom teeth... the consultation lasted 5 minutes, about 15 minutes later, I left with 3 wisdom teeth in an envelope ready for the tooth fairy to hook me up with some dollars. Yep - it really was that simple. Dr Cabaniss was very pleasant, had great bedside manner, was kind and informative. I didn't feel pushed or rushed into the procedure - he just said it would take him about 5 minutes per tooth and that if I wanted it done under local, he could actually fit me in right there and then. So I went for it. All hands on deck, I had 3 assistants who were very supportive, one was great at explaining things throughout the procedure. Dr C had a no BS approach, 'just get me out of here ASAP' I told him - and he did. I experienced slight discomfort when the numbing injections went in my palate - but who on earth doesn't? He even warned me "this is going to really sting and I'm sorry." Not his fault. The receptionist who welcomed me was absolutely amazing. Fantastic customer service and very forthcoming with explaining how my insurances would cover the procedure. She even contacted my dentist to make sure both dental insurances were on my file; I appreciate the extra steps she went through. Inside was clean, spacious and plenty of room both in the surgery rooms and the waiting area. Overall, a great experience. Somebody tell the tooth fairy I'm still waiting for my money. Thanks.

My dentist sent him the x-rays and after examining me, he explained that there was two ways to approach this. One take all 24 teeth out then get my immediate dentures, or take a two phase approach, take out the 12 back teeth, let the gums heal, then take out the remaining 12, then get my dentures. What this does is allow the gums to heal that have the biggest cavities and this will allow the dentures to fit better. The cost would be the same. After we discussed and I said maybe the phased approach may be better, he then said let me talk to your dentist, at which time he called her. They talked for a while and he said she agrees this would be the best approach. The front staff was very helpful and provided me with a cost breakdown including what my insurance would pay. I agreed and made the appointment. Because of health reasons he had to use Novocain and gave me 8 shots. He extracted 12 teeth and during the extraction asked several times if I was OK, his dental technician was also concerned and pleasant. After the extractions the dental technician thoroughly explained haw to care for the gums until they heal and form blood clots. Yes no one likes having tooth extraction, in my case required two stitches on two of the extractions but although he was rough a couple of times, that would be expected for larger teeth. He finished as fast as he could and after done he explained any problems, indicated call and he would see me as fast as he could. Although a very unpleasant experience having that many teeth extracted, I was confident in Dr Cabaniss's ability and he had great chair side manners and thoroughly explained everything. I go back in January for the remaining teeth to be extracted, and at least I know what to expect. BTW: I was surprised how little pain I experienced after these extractions, pain med's were prescribed which I only took for two days. I would highly recommend Dr. Cabaniss for your oral surgery.

The front desk technician greeted me with a genuine smile and assisted me almost immediately. Every staff member introduced themselves with kindness and professionalism, which made me feel well cared for throughout my visit. The X‑ray technician was efficient and pleasant, making the process quick and comfortable. Dr. Tucker conducted a thorough examination and was transparent about my treatment plan and associated costs. I also have to highlight the hygienist--I've never had someone so knowledgeable, precise, and informative. She explained things I had never heard before, leaving me feeling empowered and confident in how to care for my beautifully cleaned teeth. Her expertise is a true testament to the team's dedication to patient education and high‑quality care. I genuinely cannot wait to return for another 5‑star experience.
