Somebody ran into my rear driver's side panel. A guy wo said he was from Sacramento and had some extra time could fix it. I thought I woukld help him out, but like often happens he was a scam. I even asked for his phone number which turned out to be a fake. The body of my car started rusting so I searched for a place to repair it which proved to be a lot harder than I expected. No body wants to work on somebody else's mistakes or they only do insurance work. My mechanic suggested Bayside collision Center. I took my car here for minor body work and they did not disappoint! The fact they have a lot full of cars for repairs should be telling enough that they do great work. Will I bring my car back? Absolutely! Not for body work but for my oil change and any maintenance needs for my car. I've taken 2 cars to be worked on in total. The other was a car my son was given to practice driving in. Even though it was old, Diem took the time to make sure everything was is in working order - oil, lights, tires, etc. He explained each repair necessary and why it had to be done so I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage. My car was involved in a hit and run that caused damage to my bumper. I wanted to make sure I brought it to the best shop and this one was the closest to where I live. When I walked into this facility it was clean and well maintained so I knew my car would be in good hands. I was greeted by the general manager Diem who took care of me by answering all my questions. I was referred to Bayside Collision when my 2001 Cobra began making a bad noise. I needed new rotors. Diem was fantastic and took care of me immediately. I brought my BMW here and they were able to help me immediately. Diem took a look at my car and saw quite a few things that had to be maintained, including issues with the tires, new pieces for the engine, and headlights needing to be replaced. All the parts I needed were ordered and arrived the next day. I found Bayside collision on Yelp because it was close to my work. I called in and talked to Diem and asked about an audio installation I needed done on short notice on my 2019 Can-Am Ryker. He told me to come right in and that they'd take care of me. When the install was done he sent me pictures and videos of what it looked and sounded like.
