One of the most unassuming Mexican restaurants in Quincy. If I didn't take a pic of the outside for…read morereference, you would still be circling around. The food is extremely cheap especially considering the economy but the quality is not compromised. Tacos are $2. The most expensive item is $14.00. My least fave was the chicken taco...the meat was way too dry but everything else was delicious! My fave was the ceviche tostada. The mango ice cream was also refreshing. Things to note: They cater to the Spanish speaking population but there are English speakers. It's Cash Only! It is very casual. Not really ideal for dining in. There are 3 tables. Everything is made in house!

This place is definitely hard to find. The address directions are definitely wrong. I kept driving…read morearound until I found a brick building with an ice cream sign and a crooked open sign. It looked desolate and there was no one inside when I entered. Soon, a young lady came out of the back. I chose a pack of frozen white corn tortillas. There were also some amazing looking warm pastries and I bought a couple of them. I had a turnover that was pineapple and some curled pastry that was also pineapple. I used the tortillas for dinner the next evening and they were delicious! I'll be going back to Quincy to pick up more tortillas and pastries. Then have lunch at Las Delisious and visit the meat market next door.

Sweet Cacao recently relocated from their former Jackson Street location to a new and larger retail…read morespot on Broad Street. Every trip I make to Thomasville includes a stop at Sweet Cacao. My companions and I have sampled the sipping chocolate, which is a small hot cup of exactly what you think...sipping chocolate. It's more dessert that hot beverage to warm you up. But it is utterly delicious! There are plenty of dessert offerings from gelato to sorbet, to colorful macrons, cookies, cinnamon rolls, cheesecakes, milkshakes, and coffee drinks galore. If that isn't enough they put themselves over the top with hand crafted truffles, each with their own design and flavor profile. The staff will package them in a 2, 4, 8 or 12 count box for gifting. I dare you to leave without a box! They also offer a small caramel filled or dark chocolate bar for about $3.00. They are delicious! You may just have to eat it if it's a hot day outside. You wouldn't want this melting before you get to enjoy it! This is one of my personal favs! Now parking is a bit tricky. There is angled parking in front of the store and on both sides of Broad Street, but this is a busy area for shoppers, diners, locals and tourists. So, if you just venture around the corner to East Jefferson Street, there is more parking. On a busy Saturday, we found plenty of empty spaces midday on East Jefferson Street, where Broad Street was full! It is wonderful to see a local business thriving like Sweet Cacoa! The line out the door proved just how popular this dessert haven is! If you need a gift for a hostess or just a sweet treat yourself, this shop is a must-stop location and is on my regular Thomasville routine shopping destinations.

I thought they were better before about a year ago. I love the grilled vegetable croissant and we love all the Savory Scones and they have a raspberry scone and a blueberry scone and a chocolate pecan scone. That are just wonderful they're just not sweet. They're just lovely texture and the flavors are just awesome with my coffee. Wish I had one right now. It only makes sense to try and serve coffee but with 15 people in line and three people serving them in one person getting caught up with four lattes for a group of college kids kind of ties the whole show up just 4 cups of coffee I get it but I don't think you guys are ready for it. Keep on keeping on love the food.

OMG, we were in dessert heaven! So many options and everything looked so delicious! The young lady behind the counter was very accommodating, very patient, and didn't mind answering the questions we had regarding several of the treats. By the time we were done, we had spent $70, but well worth it. We ordered an assortment of treats. Additionally, I ordered a small quiche. We will definitely return and try other items.
