The location is very bright and open. No one else was in there this Saturday early afternoon. Since covid, they have had absolutely no ability to do a grilled chicken. I don't understand why they can do a fried chicken sandwich but they can't do a grilled chicken sandwich. Congratulations, humans of McDonald's--you've made inefficiency an art form. Watching the staff "work" here is like watching background NPCs in a poorly coded video game. No urgency. No awareness. Just...existence. I've had more lively interactions with my toaster. At least it doesn't pretend it cares. If robots take over this place tomorrow, I'd welcome it with open arms. They would actually get my order right. They might even smile. The humans? They've already emotionally retired. Maybe they clock in just to haunt the building, a purgatory of limp gestures and zombie-level eye contact. One star, because giving zero would require acknowledging a spark of life that simply isn't here. Robots, please. Save us.

For context i order a large iced Chai with 2 pumps of cinnamon syrup and cold foam. One time he completely disregarded to put the cold foam on my drink even though it was ordered and payed for. Another time when I ordered 2 pumps of cinnamon syrup he instead added six to both the drink and the recipt and ruined the drink. His attitude also leaves much to be desired, he acts annoyed with everything and is consistently rude. Whenever it's anybody else working there the experience is amazing and my drinks are always perfect it is only him that is the problem. I didn't want to put anybody down but this has been a repeat problem that I feel must be shared.
