We were told that they would call us right back but we didn't hear back from them on either occasion that we called. we called a third time and were told to come to office by the answering person. I requested that she tell the Leesburg office people that we were going to stop by. B from The Leesburg office called and told us to come prior to 2 pm and that she would see us. When we arrived we were treated rudely and scolded for not having an appointment. We explained that we were told to come in. by B, and we were still treated rudely. Told that we would have to wait. 45 minute trip from our house to the office. We would have willingly made an appointment if someone had ever returned our calls. Do not recommend this business.

I have had two cpap machines in the past, and wasn't trained AT ALL…read morein the use of the machine. I was unhappy both times. I picked up the machines, brought them home, and started reading directions. No one to explain anything to me. When I stopped back to ask questions the people there, just shook their heads. Steve spent about 1-1/2 hours with me yesterday. I was so surprised. He answered alot of questions, and described why I should do certain things. He answered all of the questions I had, and asked me to reach out if and when I had more! I am sure that I will. Unfortunately, when I reached home last night I had out of town company. We stayed up late, and I didn't feel that I had the time to set up the machine right, so, I am getting ready to do that now. I am excited about this particular machine as it seems to have most of the features that seemed to be missing on the past machines. I'm sure I'll have more to say once I have some experience with my new cpap. And, I am sure that I will be comfortable calling on Steve any time I have any concerns. Telling me why I will be doing certain things, helps me understand why people have a need for these devices. Happy sleeping tonight, I hope! Lynn Voelkle
