The brussel sprouts are swimming in creme fraise and that was a turn off. I have rarely met a brussel spout I didn't like but it was not good. The poached shrimp dish ( name escapes me) comes in flavorful and nice tasting broth accompanied by great bread, BUR there were only 4 shrimp for over $20 - definitely not worth it. The tostada with roe wasn't bad, but it was unremarkable. Lastly the hanger steak was waaaayyyyyyy too salty and that alone cancelled out the pretty good, but meager, side veggies and minuscule teaspoon of polenta. It is an 'experience' to enter the restaurant through the faux pawn shop... You DO need to bring something to "pawn/leave" and that was fun and kinda funky but overall I wouldn't go back again, no do I think I can recommend it to others based on our experience. Our party had four people and 3/4 felt the same way.

The prices are reasonable and they are always putting coupons in the Clipper magazine that comes in the mail. The husband and wife owners are friendly and love what they do. They usually keep the store open late on game days which is awesome because when the Saints have a particularly sweet win it seems like everyone needs a new Saints shirt. They have a pretty large clearance section for you bargin shoppers too. Stop in and support our local businesses in addition to our teams! It's a win win!

For some inexplicable reason, they made an arrangement that looked exactly like a funeral spray right next to the urn. I requested a unique arrangement that was not to look like funeral flowers, but they managed to do something exactly opposite. To add insult to injury, the arrangement (very small and not full) was very much overpriced. Im so very disappointed. It was an important order and they completely failed.
