However, the tipping point for me was when my son came home with a large cut on his left ankle. He told me that he had fallen on concrete at a park during camp and had scraped his ankle. When he approached a teacher, asking for help, she shrugged him away, telling him that another camper had recently fallen as well and that she was handling it better than she was, and for him to "suck it up." It was evident that my son had gotten his injury tended to only an hour or so after receiving it, and this experience, as well as his time at the camp overall, left him with not only physical but emotional harm as well. This was the school's summer program, but if the camp was any indication of what attending the school is like, I would strongly advise against sending your children to receive their education at North Star.

The food is catered and organic, all a parent can ask for for their children is for them to eat well and healthy. They are not confined within the walls of the daycare but rather gets fresh air throughout the day.
