Polka dot thought them how to handle themselves independently and how to excel as students. we am proud to say that Polka dot has done an incredible job with the kids. The hours are convenient for us and the best price in the area without compromising on the childcare. I think the kids are advanced in learning compared to public school. Polka dot has worked along with me in training our child and coached me on how to nurture them further. We have nothing but respect and admiration for the staff and the owner Karine. During covid they made our lives very easy when it came to taking care of our daughter. clean, organised and friendly environment. Took all the covid precautions so we didnt worry as much. The staff are so caring and have been their so long…read more The fact that they also support Young moms and have extra supports in place like the Infant Mental Health program is a bonus. The supervisor Paul is so caring and it truly shows when he interacts with the staff , parents and children. If there is an issue he deals with it immediately and is always available when needed. I highly recommend you consider this daycare if you want quality , caring and safety standards.

Massey centre daycare is horrible! The staff are unprofessional. They dont listen to your advice…read morewhen it comes to your child. For example, if tou tell them to use a specific ointment for a diaper rash, they'll ignore your request and use something else. Whenever you voice your concerns to the supervisor, she gives you dirty looks and tells you to switch daycares if you don't like it. Staff's well being comes before the babies. For example, my son is in the infant room and they randomly put a stair case leading to the change table. When I ask that this be either covered or removed so that babies cannot hurt themselves on it. Helen (the supervisor) told me that it will not be removed because staff might hurt themselves by lifting a baby to the change table! SHOULDNT A BABY'S SAFETY COME FIRST!!!! My son has come home on multiple occasions with injuries due to staff not paying attention! He almost always has a diaper rash because they do not change him in time! Nor do they clean him properly when they change him! I DO NOT LIKE THIS DAYCARE, NOR DO I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! !!
