I unequivocally recommend Bayeh! As a former public servant/educator for special needs, the gifted, an award winning specialist, and finally, school principal at the public, private, and charter school levels, I cannot understand why anybody in need of Car Repairs would ever consider taking their vehicle anywhere else, for any reason! I met the owner, Namid many years ago, when my car was stalled out on the side of the road. I found him to be an exceptionally honest, kind, intelligent man who helped me out of a bind that day on the side of the road. He gave me his car and said I should call should my vehicle ever need anything at all. I am so glad I kept his contact information because life and circumstance creates a perfect storm and the good people at Bayeh when above and beyond in every way that counts to take care of my family and I's emergency auto repair needs at a time when we truly needed it. The quick version is that I am just finished a year and a half long battle with cancer. My car has been repossessed by then scrupulous lender. So, my family and friends pitched in to buy me a nearly 20 year-old vehicle with extremely low miles that I was told would not offer me any mechanical problems. If only the seller had been one iota as honest as the good people at Bayeh... I immediately found myself stranded, my car and moving, and in need of some of the most expensive and difficult repairs. My 2007 BMW needed a new computer, and extensive electrical work that was not easy to diagnose, nor repair. Namid and his whole team of caring, talented technicians took their time and got it right where others surely would've failed. Not only were they able to expertly repair all my vehicles, major problems, but they did so at a fraction of the cost, I would've been charged elsewhere, including the BMW dealership. They couldn't have charged me more than $6000 for the kind of repairs I need and got me in and out of the door in a week. Instead, they took the time to correctly, analyze and repair a multitude of serious electrical problems, not just replace the computer. What other quote I received was in excess of $6000, whereas the public servants at Bayeh completing the placement, Repair, and did it all for about 2K. In a day and time when there is a little snow, trust in these types of service people, I was literally moved at how I was treated like close family. It's my first time here and they got the job done on time. My car tire is slowly leaking air and I came here for diagnosis. The lobby is closed for some reason which is precisely why I'm knocking a star off. It felt pretty hot to wait inside the car. I had to wait for some 10 minutes to get an inspection. He told me that there was a nail in the tire and a plug will take an hour to hour and a half. He also told me that it would cost about $30. I left to grab lunch and got back after an hour. By the time I got back, the job was finished and they also pumped air into the tire. Overall, I am a satisfied customer. read more

During my last two attempts to take my car here, including today's, the same rude mechanic or service advisor has turned me away. Today the story is "We're booked up. It's appointment only." I called in 5 mins before their closing time as my tire pressure was extremely low & had to a make an emergency trip to Houston on short notice. I took one of my vehicles to Bayeh's Goodyear for some new tires. The crew working there were extremely friendly, they had a great selection, the prices were very fair and they had the work done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them. Additionally, we had my wife's car inspected (third year in a row using Bayeh) and they got it done in under 10 minutes!! They get a little busy at times, so getting their earlier in the day would be a good idea. read more

So I have gone to this place off and on for a while now. I'll be honest, I change my own oil and other things that I can do myself. I needed to have my transmission fluid changed. I had a coupon for a chain garage so I went there first. The guy tells me that the trans fluid is "really bad" and that I also need an oil change. I ask why I needed an oil change. He brings in some stick covered in sludge and says that's what my oil looks like. LIES! I use Royal purple so my oil never would have looked like that. After I told him that i use royal purple and had JUST changed the fluid he backtracked and said the tech must have made a mistake. Nope. Nope nope nope. I got my keys and came right over to this garage. The guy asked me to come back the next day because he was booked. And mad was he. Every bay had a vehicle in it and he had like 5 parked outside waiting. So I did. He had the fluid changed in about an hour the next day. The guy was very nice, and I felt like he took care of me as a customer. I am so sorry but I don't know how to spell the gentleman's name I believe it was something along the lines of Nadim. I have been coming to Paul's place for years! He began servicing my H2 Hummer before I began bringing all of my vehicles to him. I did not trust anyone with my brand new H2 and refused to pay dealer prices for routine maintenance.
