So many options to choose from! They have a large menu of smoothies, bowls and much more! They are very allergy friendly with many dairy free and GF options to choose from. We order 2 smoothies for a quick on the go meals. The staff was friendly and pretty speedy with our orders. There are several outdoor picnic tables to sit at, however extremely limited parking which could be tricky when busy. Though our smoothies were very tasty, both were not fully blended throwing off the consistency. read more

The food is good and the worker was extremely nice but I had to give a bad rating because of how the place looks. Dirty tables, disgusting bathroom, doesn't look kept up. The food could be 10/10 but if a place looks dirty you won't ever find me back there. If they don't care about how the public areas look I could imagine how nasty the back is read more

Great variety of bowl , protein drinks , smoothie . Cool staff . regular customer now !!!

Perfect for juices/açaí bowls! Satisfies any craving but in a healthy way. I've purchased multiple items from this location and always pretty good. I like the location spot for the store, it's never overly packed with people and easy to get too. They offer outside seating which is a plus, for the months of nice weather! read more

Baya Bar - Acai & Smoothie Shop - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Staten Island, New York

We came in yesterday & I immediately noticed it was ADORABLE & TRENDY! I got the smaller of the two bowl options of Pacific Beach Açai bowl (Açai bowl topped with strawberries, blueberries, granola & coconut shreds) with no honey & the friendly employee was able to substitute the honey for a drizzle of almond butter! The Açai is premade in a container in a freezer so it is not blended fresh for every bowl, but that's fine because it was delicious anyway! I guess it's a plus since they won't have to use a loud blender every time someone orders a bowl! It was quicker than most Açai bowl places too because of this. My boyfriend made his own bowl & topped it with strawberries, banana, blueberries, granola & peanut butter! He got the larger size. I tried a bite & his was SO GOOD as well! I really love the trendy grass wall you can take a picture in front of! read more

Good bowls. I feel very expensive and they hardly give any fruit. Like 2 strawberries and they cut each one in about 6 pieces

Really great acai bowl place. The staff is very friendly and informative. They let you sample the bases I'd you've never been there and they'll answer and explain all their ingredients. I got the protein bowl. It has the dragonfruit which is so good. They put a good amount of fruit on oo and the peanut butter and Nutella drizzle are delicious! And their granola is far superior than other acai bowl places. They have outdoor seating with umbrellas so even on a hot day, you'll get some shade or you can sit inside or order to go. Unfortunately, they don't deliver and my office isn't close to justify going here often. read more

I was feeling a fruit bowl for lunch - something refreshing. Where is there to go in Tottenville? Panera Bread? Z2? Maybe, but I wanted something creatively fresh and delicious, not just sliced up honey dew with yogurt. Something different. My wife, the gem that she is, says, "Try that place on Amboy, Baya Bowl." It took me a few minutes then I remembered, Yes! I saw the sign for Baya Bar a few times driving on Amboy Rd in Tottenville. But I needed a place I can perch on a seat and do some work from my laptop. Do you think they'll let me sit on a table to work on my laptop? Answer: Yes. And that's all it took. I've been to Baya Bar several times since. Their bowls are amazing. There staff is awesome. And their decor is dope. The bowls come in four different bases: Acai, Kale, Pitaya, or Coconut. In each base category, you have the choice of five different bowls based on toppings. Beyond that you can make your own bowl my selecting your fruit add-ons and it doesn't matter what you choose, everything is review worthy and I don't have a favorite. Their homemade juices are great too, specifically the 24 Carrot Magic and Lean Green. Be sure to sign up for the rewards card. The points add up quick so you can start getting discounts, which you'll need if you start visiting this place more than once per week. Bowls range from $10-$11 each for a good amount of yum yum. I'm glad that places like this are making their way to Staten Island and getting the level of business and the customer base they deserve. It's about time. We needed the options. read more

Love this place ! Amazing açaí and kale bowls ! The smoothies are amazing here as well Always on point and fresh ingredients are always used ! read more

This place is wonderful! I have been here quite a few times and everything I have had is always very fresh. I am excited that they have recently opened a second location on Hylan Blvd. My favorite go-to green drink is the Lean Green - this is a green juice of cucumber, green apple, and spinach. It is very light and a great way to get your greens in! I have also had the Bella Nutella - this was an acai base that was topped with banana, strawberry, granola, coconut shavings, Nutella with an addition of peanut butter. You have the option to add on to your bowl as well as swap ingredients. I really enjoyed this but I learned I am not a huge fan of coconut, so would swap that out next time. My friend had ordered a kale-based bowl and I thought I would really not like the taste of it, but it was quite refreshing. For those of you skeptics out there, don't knock it till ya try it. ALSO - a huge plus, they have turbo coffee. Not many places in Staten Island do. So this makes me very happy. This is a great healthy option for any meal of the day! And if you check-in on FB you get 10% off your order. If you haven't tried it out yet, I highly suggested you do. read more

Seriously one of the best acai bowls I ever had! They have definitely perfected their recipe. I am so happy we finally have an acai bowl place on Staten Island ! Firstly, they have a convenient location with a parking lot. Secondly, I have a nut allergy and Steve did everything to make sure that the bowl I got did not come in contact with nuts. Thank you for that! The place is absolutely spotless clean and super colorful inside and out. The bowl came out quick and not to mention - the presentation of the bowl and the flavors are superb. I will most definitely be back and cannot wait to try more options baya has to offer ! read more

Where do I start with this place? Firstly, I'd like to mention that this place is amazing. The fresh cold pressed juices are great. You can either choose from their array of juices or make your own. Or go for a smoothie with Almond milk or coconut milk, or substitute with anything you like, ie plant-based protein, additional fruits/veggies. Next I'd like to mention all the different kinds of bowls they offer. Açaí, Kale, Pitaya or Coconut are the basis for their bowls all paired with a plethora of toppings to tantalize every tastebud. But, No matter how good a place's food may be, service is key to a great business. And by far, the service here is impeccable. Always welcomed by a warm greeting by the staff as soon as you step in the door. Especially the usual guy and older blonde woman that's always at the front register. It's just like walking into "Cheers". They're truly top notch and will always help you with any questions or concerns you may ever have. A complete must try if you haven't already! read more

Very rude s women working on Monday when we came in for the Monday special of $6 bowls. But it's no bargain because you literally get what you pay for because my bowl was literally like a bowl of coconut Very little base l, 3 pieces of banana and two strawberries . If you love smoothie bowls, this is your place. They have four options for the base of the bowl, and tons of options for toppings. There are pre-made recipes and a make-your-own option. I opted for the baya pitaya bowl with an addition of banana. The bowl is huge, delicious, and so filling. I have an obsession with pitaya bowls and this one definitely did not disappoint. They also make juices and regular smoothies if you aren't in the mood for something so filling. The location is sort of odd, it can easily be missed if you weren't specifically looking for it. Prices are average compared to any other place I've gotten smoothie bowls from before. Pretty empty on a Sunday at 1 PM, but it seemed like they had many to-go orders getting made (I'm not sure if it's just pick up or they have delivery as well?) Service was friendly and the cashier signed me up for some sort of rewards program so I'm guessing if you go often enough you get some rewards! A great local spot with delicious, fresh fruit and plenty of options. I will definitely return read more

Baya Bar - Acai & Smoothie Shop - "Baya pitaya" bowl + banana- delicious! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Staten Island, New York

I randomly found Baya Bar while I was visiting the area. This place is a small, cute, clean spot that serves a variety of fresh bowls, juices, and smoothies. I decided to eat in, but saw that there were a lot of people coming in to grab stuff on the go, even though this place is not centrally located. Upon recommendation of the staff, I tried the Bella Nutella acai bowl and the King Kale juice. The bowl is a good size and tasted great. The juice was good also. Everything is fresh and made well. I'll be stopping by here again the next time I'm in town. read more

Very nice woman at the counter patient with my indecisive wife. Good variety of smoothies and juices . Cute decor.

Amazing new genre of culinary delight! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! So delicious, yet extremely healthy, the fruit and juices are second to none. This is to this decade what the "malt shop" was to the 1950's. Young and old draw to this new delicious food for any occasion. It is always busy, but well worth the wait. Strongly recommend this brilliant new healthy choice in cuisine! read more

I really want to like this place since it's pretty much the only place to get an acai bowl. The couple of times I went wasn't too bad, but tonight I order my acai later bowl with protein and peanut butter added to it. There was no peanut butter and who knows if the protein was mixed in. It's already over $11 as it is and to pay extra for ingredients that I didn't even get is not good. Also barely any fruit or granola in there. read more

I would love to give more stars , but unfortunately I can not based on the HORRIBLE service my children and I recvd at the Amboy location 2 weeks ago .. I was hesitant in writing this review , because I do love the quality of the food its just the older woman who helped us was so awful .. She was besides MEAN and nasty to me and my children, she was rude and yelling at the poor employees who worked there too .. in front of the customers.. which to me is classless.. The woman was so rude and honestly for a place promoting good health she smelled like an ashtray . I will Never go in there again and I will be sure to let my friends know to stay away as well .. that woman should not be working with people at all read more

Finally a place that specializes açaí bowls on Staten Island. They have bowls that range from açaí to kale, coconut and pitaya. All the bowls are very good and a must try. I always get something different when I am there. I recommend getting the hemp granola instead of the traditional granola because it has more flavor. My go to bowls are baya pitaya and açaí you later. They are a bit pricey and to add extra toppings will raise the price even more. But it is definitely worth it. It is great that this place will be open all year round. read more
