Super inconsistent with texture and quality. Customer service is either decent so-so or terrible? Went to the service window outside as it was fully open with a QR code and stood there for more than five minutes as workers saw me at the counter. No one bothered to say, "Hey how can we help you?" Not one person said a thing to me. I knocked on window, was ignored, then piped up and asked, are you all taking orders and they said "not right there." you were 3 feet away and easily could've taken my order, unfortunately they were disinterested in my purchase and I didn't want to bring the dog indoors. Wanted a couple large smoothies with all the fixings as a treat for myself but I guess they missed out on that. Pretty rude and yes, I understand busy staff, but there were no customers at all in the entire shop. There was no line. Nothing. Truly don't recommend and wish there was elsewhere. Then I had the daily green freshly pressed, Excellent. This place has potential, I would love to hear some sounds, vibes in this spot, what's y'all flavor of music. Stopped by for the first time today and had the apple lemon ginger juice ( 16oz). It was a bit pricey $8.50 ( tax included ) but it was yummy. I asked what was the most popular and that's what was recommended and I was not disappointed. The combination of the apple, lemon, and ginger was actually really delicious. It was a little tart but not excessively and the ginger adds a surprising kick. I felt so healthy drinking it ! They also have a free royalty program now ( sign up by phone number ) and after your 10th check in I believe you receive some type of promotion. I would look into it if you're a frequent visitor. Great service, product, and prices! I walked in for the first time today and was greeted instantly. There were two people working. Both were friendly and helpful. I wanted an açaí bowl they explained the three different kinds. Afterwords, I was able to pick whatever toppings I wanted. I got the beet orange ginger carrot tumeric juice (unsure of name), it was pretty great. They do have a solid selection, the service was clean and neat and quick but there wasn't anyone else there, so not sure how they handle a crowd. Very fresh though, everything was right out of the fridge, put into the juicer and then handed to me, nothing seemed frozen. Drink was quite tasty. Definitely a place I'd check out again. The bowls are amazing but they lack on hygiene. The person preparing the bowl had gloves on while preparing the food and using their personal cell phone( which is germ full). I asked if they are going to change gloves they said ... "why I just took it off to use the registered and its to make another bowl". I explained that cell phone have a lot of germs and I did not want my food to be contaminated. They changed their gloves. BUT... while making someone else's drink they drop something on the floor and used the mop to clean up. The issue is , they grabbed the mop with the gloves on, and were going to resume using the same gloves to make my bowl. Their was a box full of gloves, i do not understand why they are not as concerned with food cross contamination. I walked out as I got totally discussed and concerned in considering if they also lack hygiene in their food preparation. read more
