They do a lovely cream tea here, which a friend of mine and I enjoyed after wandering around the little crafty/artsy/antique shops. It was definitely a good standard, and very traditionally British, so it makes a good place to bring visitors from other countries. Take Greasby village for example, did you know that this part of Britain could potentially have been one of the first place in the UK to be occupied by humans??
