The doctor wrote two prescription: one for an NSAID (Meloxycam) and one for physical therapy. I had never been to a physical therapist and had no idea what to expect. I had my last session this morning and could not be more satisfied. Bay State Physical Therapy in Halifax, Massachusetts is spotlessly clean. The staff thoroughly cleaned each table and replaced each pillowcase after each patient. Every employee and patient wore masks during all of my sessions. The receptionist, Colleen, always made me feel welcome and did an excellent job scheduling my sessions. My Physical Therapist, Christy Dillon, did an amazing job bringing my old, arthritic lower back and neck back to life! Christy patiently taught me how to do each stretching exercise and answered all of my questions. Thanks to Christy and the rest of the Bay Sate Halifax team I feel confident that I can better manage my osteoarthritis and live a better life.
