He looked at my inquiry via (rent.com,Zillow,apartments.com,etc.) and contacted me very quickly on a SUNDAY. Two or three hours later on a SUNDAY we were touring the beautiful apartment I'll soon be moving into! I can't say enough about his promptness and professionalism. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BAY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP BMG placed a tenant in my property without performing an adequate background check -- a tenant who never paid rent from day one. Two years later, I'm still tied up in the eviction process. Their offshore staffing model (Philippines) means communication is slow, inconsistent, and often outside U.S. business hours, which only made the situation worse. Update - 1/2026. I have ended my property management services with BM after 2 years of inadequate services. This company does not live up to their goals and services they promise you. Unless you have a perfect tenant that pays on time GOOD LUCK having them manage anything with their REMOTE property managers from THE PHILLIPINES. I have inurred thousands of dollars (15k+) repairing my home due to tenant damges as a result of the property manager negligence of NOT reviewing inspection reports and managing the property. Communication is majorly subpar. My PM was consistently emailing me, responding to my correspondences, closer to 5pm leaving me no opportunity to receive a counter response that day. And responses were rarely timely. I am still waiting on my monies to be disbursed to me after ending my services with them too. I ENCOURAGE ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE. THIS COMPANY OUTSOURCES THEIR PROPERTY MANAGERS. THEY NEVER SEE YOUR PROPERTY AFTER LEASING IT. THEY OUTSOURCE THEIR INSPECTIONS TO INDIVIDUALS AS WELL. THE INSPECTORS HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT. THE RESPONSIBILITY WILL ALWAYS LIE WITH THE HOMEOWNER TO MAKE SURE THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR DOING WHAT WAS PROMISED. HOWEVER despite all my attempts to talk to directors, assistant directors, etc nothing was done to change or compensate me for the damages caused by the tenant and oversight failures of the property manager. This company Main objective is to COLLECT MONEY FROM YOU with monthly fees, Late fees, and additional fees. I have often questioned how my property was ever being managed if i am having to double check the inspecrion reports against my contract with BM and the tenant and double reviewing accounting. With noted errors discovered and apologies/sorrys received from them I am still bare THE FINANCIAL LOSSES. CHOOSE ANOTHER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY Update - 1/2024. I have been with Bay Management for about 1 full year now. I am on my 2nd or 3rd property manager. Things have not been exactly all that I hoped and expected from a top property management company as they advertise. I still find myself managing my property ensuring that I receive proper accounting and the mental well being that my tenants are receiving the adequate information and support they need in addressing their concerns. I have held phone meetings with my property manager and the director when things needed to be elevated. Today I discovered another accounting issue that really bothered me. I hope that they improve on their attentiveness and learn to understand that ibas the property owner incurs all the financial losses and burden due to the mistakes, issues and failed opportunities caused by the property management company. Update - 6/28/23.it has nearly been 3 weeks and my property manager still has not responded to my emails. Last communication I received was that she was out ill/sick again. No out of office notice was provided and no back up support referring me to another property manager was identified. Its been almost 2 months since my first home inspection was performed and no closure was provided on the outstanding questions I have raised. Very disappointed customer. I have been with Bay Management for almost a year now. I was recommended by a work colleague/friend. I am not completely satisfied with the management of my property. I am happy that they were able to secure a tenant to occupy my property. I did experience some issues with the leasing agent not being fully communicative in the process. However with Bay management fully managing my property I am really only seeing the benefit of them collecting the rent. From the onset I conveyed my expectations on how the property would be managed and I am not seeing that. I am struggling with communication channels having to send many emails to the property manager and managing director with days of no response. Its really frustrating when the client is trying their very best to get the company they hired to respond to calls. I am trying to manage a business and its disappointing. I also shared other comments and concerns that I have experienced with no resolution. I am going to wait another day or so and then trying sending my fourth email in hopes of correspondence. They do not make repairs. Property Managers live in different states, so they can not verify issues or the repairs. They left my rental wet and moldy until the ceiling collapsed on me. Lied about the time of the exit walk through. Franco their agent broke stuff and urinated over bathroom wall and floor. Only admitted he did it to police. I have been living in a house managed by Bay Mangement Group for 8 months now, and it's the worst rental experience I've ever had. One example: I had a leaking toilet. There were 5 plumber visits (on 5 separate days!) to fix the problem, and now the toilet doesn't flush right. Another example: There is grey scum on the bottom of the basement shower, which I cleaned when I moved in and have never used. A friend showed a plumber who advised me to get my stuff out of the basement because there's a pipe backed up. Their response? They told me to clean it and see if it comes back. I could go on - these are just the most recent examples. It has basically turned into a major job to manage them and make sure work gets done. read more

We moved into Howard Row Apartments managed by Bay Management Group in December of 2024. Upon arrival, we found that the apartment had not been properly cleaned or cleaned out prior to our taking possession of it. There were items in the closet, bathroom, drawers, and cabinets. Light bulbs were out, floor boards coming loose, and the dryer didn't work. I emailed our property manager, Miss Dezeree and expressed our concerns. Since that original email, she has made sure to have all of our concerns promptly addressed complete with a personal follow up to ensure our satisfaction. So far, we really enjoy the building and our apartment, and we look forward to staying here long term. read more

I recently ended a 2 year residence, at a BMG property, in order to be closer to work. My direct property manager was Lorena Reyes, and she was amazing to work with. Extremely professional, and always timely with all communication. I was kept informed, even when it became clear that I would be moving. The building I lived in was always clean. I live in an apartment with my boyfriend who is attending Peabody for the masters program for two years. When we walked into our apartment for the first time there was a gas leak, broken shower, broken front door lock, mold on steps, and the ceiling was crumbling, plus our toilet flusher was rusted off so in order to flush the toilet we had to pull the chain up with our hands. My rating for the condition of the apartment is a 2. BUT the review I want to leave on here is for the maintenance guy who fixed everything the day of and was such a nice gentlemen. His name is Miguel Collin, he works for the Bay Management Group's maintenance team. It was super efficient! He fixed everything within two and a half hours and was super polite. We just moved in two days ago and to have already had so many problems, but get them all fixed the next day was amazing! Thanks again to Miguel and his efforts to fix everything. I know the reviews here are already horrible and one more probably won't deter you, but I feel like it's my obligation to at least try to steer you away from renting with this company. My ceiling was crumbling for the entire time I lived in the building and the "fixes" they attempted, when they finally did even try a fix, were laughable. Even the contractors who work for them know the repairs they're being asked to do make no sense. The cheaper rent isn't worth it!
