I left a dozen messages and had customer service contact him and he doesn't respond to them either. He's so old I was afraid something happened to him and had the police looking for him. When I found him in his office he said "Under writing does that" as soon as I opened the door - so he knew who I was and what I wanted - he got my messages and just ignored them. Also, he is wrong and I've been on the phone with customer service a dozen times about this and they insist it must be initiated by him. Meanwhile, because he's confused, I'm due in traffic court and for over a month have been unable to get the proof of insurance letter that I need.
