By 03/23/2026 I still heard nothing (almost 20 days later) and called in to ask on the status of the quote. They apologized for the delay and said it was on the managers desk. I stated again my insurance policy renews on 04/06/2026 and they said it would not be a problem that they were working on it. It is now 04/07/2026 and this insurance company has not called me back at all. They were more than happy to take all my personal information, such as my social security number, date of birth, and other sensitive information yet never even provided me with a quote. If there was not a lot of positive reviews for this company, I would be concerned I was scammed out of my personal information, but then again those reviews could be fake as I have had a less than optimal experience.

Keep in mind Roe is only open from 9am to 5pm monday through friday and most people work and cannot speak to their insurance agency during the day. In addition I made changes to my policy finally and they wanted to over charge me, finally came to an agreement and never sent a bill to the right location, and they were suppose to write a completely new policy.
