Frank and JV Roofing Solutions are my heroes! Two months ago we purchased a house that had a…read morebathroom addition, and the roof over the shower spring a leak. Turns out the entire roof over the bathroom was uneven and improperly installed and needs to be replaced. Of course, the original roofer is AWOL and according to the seller, there's no warranty on the previous shoddy work. Despite this unique situation, Frank handled communicating with me (current homeowner) and the seller of the house who would be paying for the repair with incredible professionalism. Frank emailed detailed estimates promptly, answered my calls and texts at all hours of the day -- and sometimes night. When it came to do the work, he and one other worker did the work in half a day! Frank even sent me pictures of each step of the roofing progress so I know what's underneath those new shingles! They tracked down the specialty shingles to match the original roof exactly. The area JV Roofing Solutions replaced looks exactly like the rest of the original roof, which is the goal! More than that, Frank and team went above and beyond! He looked around the rest of the roof and was honest that it was in mostly good condition but covered up a few exposed nail heads that he noticed. I am blown away by the service, communication, and quality of work performed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Customer service, the lady who schedules and the guy who came out to give an estimate, is great!!!…read moreHowever, the crew that came out left a bit to be desired. They showed up early, but were unidentifiable, as they had virtually nothing on that identified who they were, no company T-Shirt, badge, etc. I had to look at the van to see who it was. One of the guys decided he wanted to clean out the van and threw trash in the yard. They goofed off a lot (dancing, singing, horse play) and played their music a bit loud, for it to be so early. And while I could be mistaken, the removal of the old gutters was done in a way that may have damaged the wood trim, as instead of using a tool, he snatched, pulled, shook, etc. until they fell off. At one point almost breaking the window on my back door. I asked for a small alteration to the original location of one of my downspouts and while he made a change, there was no thought put into it. Thus, the alteration is such that I have to go back and correct it. I believe the end result was good, with the exception of the bad alteration and if there is no damage to the house, but getting there could have been better.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough…read more Our heater gave out more than a week ago, and we were stuck in a frustrating back-and-forth with our warranty company--if you've ever dealt with one, you know how draining that can be. Thankfully, this incredible team stepped in and completely changed the game. From the moment I called, they found us a time slot--and then graciously moved us up not once, but several times to get us help sooner. With freezing temperatures on the horizon, we were desperate, and they absolutely delivered. They quickly diagnosed the issue, submitted the ticket, and got us back on the schedule. True to their word, they showed up exactly when they said they would. And when a minor glitch popped up afterward? No hassle--they sent someone back out right away and got it resolved without delay. A huge shoutout to Mike, Roger, Chris, and Rick--all courteous, professional, and just plain good people what an incredible team. So glad this company was assigned to our case. This is service done right.
