I had a very positive start-to-finish experience with MS Chimney. For several years we had been…read moregetting birds and an occasional squirrel stuck in our chimney. The last time, over winter, TWO birds got stuck in it. I was able to fly a drone up and look at the cap-one of our sides was completely exposed. I gave a few chimney companies a call and MS Chimney was the first to get back to me and they also gave me the best price. Once I scheduled the inspection, communication was excellent. Zach let me know when he was on the way and his thorough inspection lasted a good 30 minutes. In addition to needing a better cap on our chimney, the firebox needed to be cleaned and re-pointed. The total cost was $500 less than what my buddy had paid for the same job from another company several years ago. The MS Chimney works with a custom fabricator who builds each cap to the specs of the chimney. After Zach finished that day, I flew my drone up and was very happy with the final results, an incredible difference from the sloppy job that had been done previously! Zach was thorough, polite, and punctual. I'd recommend this company again.
