He took a look at the photos I had and asked me to come down to Precision to see what we could do about matching a different piece of stairnose. He ordered the piece of stairnose for me and a week later sent Eduardo out to do the install. Eduardo showed up a few minutes early which was refreshing. He was very professional answering all of my questions and addressing concerns. He did an outstanding job on the install. Craig and Gary did a fantastic job installing the SPC flooring. The product has a great look, seems easy to maintain, and the installation is even and has no rough spots. They removed and reinstalled my baseboards at the correct height and did a beautiful job caulking the edges (way better than I have ever been able to do).
