I took my Leica M3 in for a tuneup on the slow speeds. When I got it back, it worked like new. Came back cleaner than I expected.

Tahir charged me $100.00 for diagnostics and to give him a solid week and he would get back to me. I called him 2 weeks later and it was like he didn't even remember me or my equipment, and that he was in the hospital and to send him a picture of my receipt, which I did. A month later I called him to see what was going on and he told me that my amplifier was fixed and working plus he thought he could fix the other one with a minor solder fix and said to call next week to set up a pick up. I told him that getting one fixed was awesome but getting the other one fixed wasn't a priority, and if he could fix the second one only if it was at a discount if possible. So I told him that I would call to set up a pickup and that was the last time I have ever talked to him. I have tried to call and sent him texts with the receipt and nothing. My original receipt is from 8-22-25 and today's date is 2-22-26 so you can see the lapse in time that went by and he has never not once tried to contact me. I really wonder how this guy stays in business since he is burning all his customers. Please take your equipment somewhere else and deal with less headaches and storytelling. Since that time I have moved locations and feel that for $100.00 I will just give my honest interactions with this "so called" repair shop and cut my losses. Tahir, if your reading this "thanks for nothing ".

He did an Arredondo mod on a 1976 50 watt Marshall that chugged, surgically serviced a 1980 Marshall 2204 modded by Todd Langner, and then turned a 1959 Filmosound Projector amp into a bluesy slide rock sounding little beast. Recommend by Bananas I sent a video of the noise, then met and asked Chris to repair it. He said needed to look at the amp from nose to tail in order to fix the issue. When I picked it up I asked him what caused the noise and what was done to resolve it. He said he never heard the noise, but it was solved. He was really firm----he was an expert and it was fixed. I'm not calling into question the work he did. He replaced the tubes, repaired the speaker, and did some other things. Great! But how can you be sure a noise is fixed, if you never heard it? I'm in recording mode and guitar is my secondary instrument so I use it rarely. I used it about 3 times over the next 6 months and I heard the sound again but wasn't fast enough to get it recorded. 6 months after that I was able to. Yes it had been awhile, but it's an intermittent and the sound is identical to what it was before. If Chris had heard the noise, identified the cause, and replaced the part, I would believe it was something else. But that's not what happened and the sound is identical. Chris felt I should pay him again to do the same thing he did before. I asked if he might have overlooked something the first time and was told his work was "perfect". The suggestions that he might have overlooked something (delivered in a calm and respectful tone) did not go over well. We are all human. We all overlook things from time to time. His complete refusal to acknowledge that possibility is unreasonable. If he did fix it, I would expect the fix to last longer than 6 months. He kept saying emotions should be left out of the conversation which seemed out of left field. I totally agree. My mode was calm while he grew increasingly condescending and defensive. I pointed out his tone was becoming condescending and he actually said "oh wow...you're just like my ex-wife". Not sure why he brought his ex wife into the conversation but it was extremely unprofessional. I was being calm and respectful and there was no reason to make things personal. I'm a professional musician and have been going to Real Guitars/Gary Brauer for decades for guitar work. I can't say enough good things about Gary and his staff. Never once felt condescended to. Chris definitely did not treat me with the same level of respect I extended to him. At no point did I get angry or condescending, it's not my style. I hoped he would consider my viewpoint. I don't feel he did that. I told him I didn't feel good about my experience with him and left. He's probably great if nothing goes wrong, but handling difficult situations with grace shows true integrity. In my case Chris was unprofessional and unaccommodating.

Have a great service at the Novato Verizon store fine Employee named Jake look at the Verizon Vato store reviews. I wrote one, anyways while I was there I'm at this really nice lady who was new to Verizon her. Her husband lived at point Reyes. I've been with AT&T have spotty service and migrated to Verizon. Love the service and she was there to get some help. We got to talk and she was really friendly. I'm very friendly and she told me about Shannon and Cell tablet computer store. She said she went in there at various questions bought a phone case and spoke super highly about how friendly and helpful they were at Sonoma tablet computer shop and she definitely recommended me to go to the store to get a phone cover case I've been putting it off I did call about a week ago and the phone greeting and friendliness was top shelf but I put it off until today. I just went in a really super nice young man by the name of Amrit is the employee that helped me. I've got a 13 Pro Max. He showed me some of the options they had. There was one that really stood out was a really nice green vibrant color, but functionality is the most important thing in the case, you recommended and it fits perfect functionality is perfect. The screen is flushed with the case and I love the color and it has a kickstand. The pricing is excellent. I literally couldn't be happier with my overall experience from the time I walked inAmrit said hello determine what my needs were was a great tour guide to show me what my options were. I checked out using my phone with the case on for about 10 minutes. He was very patient very professional as to find any questions I ended up buying the case had pleasant conversation while doing the sales transaction thanked him for being awesome and it's my first time coming to this store and they seem to do a bunch of other stuff with like computers and you know tech stuff there are multiple customers coming in with various technological needs and I'm just glad that I met someone who told me about the store. I never knew that they were here right on the outside of the United market on Saint Francis Street miracle Mile. Anyhow, do yourself a favor if you have any kind of technological computer, Phone needs there of check them out you'll be in great hands. One guy came in to get pricing for something and when they told him what the price was, he said wow that's cheaper than this other place. You know significantly cheaper to do the same work so I think just a really a cool place give him a call go down and check them out. I think you'll be glad you do.

Jonathan quoted me a fair price over the phone so I dropped in for the service and waited until it was done. Because the price was fair I decide to also install a screen protector to add to their business for my charges. After leaving and having the time to inspect it the work better, I found a fingerprint and small smudge under the screen. I called them promptly and told them I would drop by next Monday the 15th on my day off. On the 15th after removing the screen protector, which is where I thought the fingerprint and smudge were, Armit informed me it was actually under the new screen! ‍ Instead of handling it at another time, because he was alone and a little busy, he attempted to fix it by doing a rush job. Instead of removing the entire screen, he lifted only the corner and tried to reach in to wipe clean the smudges. Unfortunately, now it's worse. When I called in and spoke with Jonathan last week around Wed/Thursday, he told me he'd call me back to schedule a time when it can be done properly. A week later that call never came and I called yesterday on the 26th of September and asked Armit to have Jonathan call me. No call received... I'm sorry to say that these actions are indicators of poor service when the work is not done properly. I am disputing my charge with Credit Card since no genuine effort to resovle this problem correctly has been made: Richard B
