When our Frame TV's backlight died (do not recommend), we were so happy with his work the first time around, we didn't bother calling anyone else. Rob and Alex are very friendly. With his decades of experience, he knew where I should save money and where I should spend it. Even when the inevitable snafus occurred (which they always do), Glenn handled them with professionalism. Alex and his crew built a custom enclosure for the retractable screen, and ran new wires for a whole bunch of things.
