If i needed a TV or home entertainment system set up,I would call and have Stew do his thing with full faith and confidence in his work,pricing and subsequent customer service! Their showroom is bare-bones at best but their service is off the charts and the prices are scary low. Let me give you an idea of how good the service is. We had to make a compromise on the installation because of a 'wife acceptance factor'--no way she wanted some big piece of equipment exactly where it needed to go because of the way it looked. We knew this would cause a drop in performance, but I said OK and signed off anyway. But here is the thing. A month later, Stuart called up and said 'hey can I drop by' and said he had been thinking about the issue, made a modification and everything worked better--at no extra charge, just for free and because he wanted the job to be perfect. This was a month AFTER I had paid for everything and signed off! Would Circuit City do that for you? I think not. They have also talked me into less expensive options more than once. That ever happen to you at Best Buy? These guys are the best, by far, for high end entertainment installation.

I reached out, gave some background as to my problem and was on their schedule for service within a day. My tech onsite Steve was fantastic. He was friendly and polite and just an overall good dude. He quickly identified a few different issues and had my system back up and running after an hour of software updates backend changes to some network configurations. I will certainly use Zettacomm again for any service issues, and also for future design and sales of other AV or home automation features like lighting and shades.

Every wireless device in the house constantly lost their ip address. He was able to correct all the previous ip protocol issues that were screwed up. It took no time at all and, after years and years of frustration my problems went away. Rescheduled and they sent an assistant without an installer. Found out the installer and the assistant never know each other. On both occasions, the installer and assistants barely spoke English. WHICH leads me to calling Jag. He answered the phone right away, after landing on a international travel. He then gave me a 11am availability the next day, booked it. He went above and beyond. At any rate I have a great TV (a 65" LG C7) delivered right to my door and have zero buyer's remorse. UPDATE: I also got an LG soundbar from Haven & Wire with Dolby Atmos support.
