We loved Steve…read moreand after interviewing several painters, we decided on him as he was so personable and knew his craft: his 2 helpers, however, were a disappointment. One of them lied to me about something he had done, even though the helpers were told by us and by Steve to not do. They delayed the job by 1 -2 days as they didn't listen to Steve's instructions, and they left parts of the deck framing unfinished. We paid a fair price for the job, but unfortunately, we had to have them come back and ultimately my husband finished doing the touch up work. I don't normally write reviews like this, but I believe it's important to comment on the not-so-good work as well as the good work performed by companies. Because it isn't the front man that oftentimes does the work, it's the people who are hired by the front man who do the job and you don't always know who that is. If it was just Steve, I'd hire him in an instant.

They washed the windows inside and out and carefully removed all the screens and put them through the scrubber machine they brought along, and our windows and screens have never been cleaner. This was a much better experience than we had with Squeaky Clean windows a few years ago, when they sent one person who proceeded to jam a screwdriver through several of our screens in order to lift the clips to take out the screens. After that, he only gave them a cursory wipe down with a towel and put them back on again. This was after he declined my offer to help him remove all the screens!
