She was very friendly, excited to talk about the wines with us, and gave us recommendations for food spots to try when we were staying in Mendicino. My personal favorite is the Anderson Valley Brut. It has a dry, crisp sharp oak-aged taste. The taste comes from the magic of the Anderson Valley.
