My situation was not without challenge - I had two root canals in one tooth! Oh, I was "referred" to Dr. Wilson by my wife who, too, was treated by Dr. Wilson several years prior. Let me not forget Stephanie who is kind and professional. When I called for appointment, I found that I had to wait about 7 weeks - unless an emergency, which mine was not. Stephanie suggested I consider cancellation list. I took her call two weeks later! The practice seems to function calmly, effectively and efficiently. Even though the practice is very busy, I never felt rushed. I felt I was their only patient!

This company had to pay back money to the secondary insurance company. If you have 2 insurance coverage companies, watch the billing. A woman in that department attempted to gaslight me and make me feel like I was the one making a mistake. It was clear who was in the wrong when they paid the secondary insurance company back what was owed back to them. When I transferred to a different dentist, I requested records from this fraudulent dental billing. I was then once again gaslighted and was told I would have to pay for the records to be transferred. I threatened to turn everything over to the Ohio State Attorney General's office. Needless to say I did not pay to have those records transferred. And no, this is not my real name. I am choosing to use an alias to protect my anonymity.

During a recent routine cleaning, my regular dentist noticed a potential issue with the implant and recommended that I start by returning to the original provider--so I did. From the start, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I was initially told they never received my X-rays, so I personally brought them in. Once I did, the story changed: I was told the X-rays were "too grainy" to use and that they would need to take their own. When I asked how much that would cost, they said they didn't know and refused to look it up for me. I had two separate appointments, and at no point did anyone actually examine the problem or ask questions about my pain or symptoms. The focus was entirely on finances, and the tone made it very clear that they were not interested in helping me. The staff was rude, dismissive, and not honest about the situation.
