I go there because my wife does also. So it is easy. But I am looking. I had an appointment and 3 straight times they were late getting me. I understand that a Dr. office can get backed up. But was is the excuse for the appointment I set for first thing when they opened. I have also thrown up on 2 different visits. It seems like that at least some of the staff doesn't know how to adjust. If their normal process is to clean 5 teeth before they rinse. Then they are going to clean 5. But if you know I have a sensitive gag reflex and saliva is building up faster than normal. I might need after 3 teeth. But they are going to stick to the procedure they know. The workers are nice, but you have to wait forever to be seen. Even if you made an appointment months in advance.

Testerman Dental is the only dentist I have done business with that grossly overestimates what the patient is going to owe after insurance pays and then keeps the over-payment without telling you about it. I had a credit of over $175 on my son's account that no one told me about for over a year. I never would have even found out about it if we hadn't taken our son back there while we searched for a new dentist closer to our home. Then, when they finally did send the check after I confronted them about it, it was made out in my previous name that had been changed more than 2 years prior. Kim in the office refused to accept responsibility and instead of issuing a stop payment on my check to re-issue a new one, she wants ME to jump through hoops and either bring them the check or mail it back to them because they do not want to pay the stop payment fee. (All this after trying to keep my over-payment in the first place!) Every company I have ever worked for that deals with checks has always paid the stop payment fee themselves in a case like this one. Furthermore, when I took my son to the new dentist, I was informed that he already had a perfectly intact sealant on one of the teeth that Testerman was going to "treat" if I brought him back. Now I wonder how many other times I have been told he needed treatment that he didn't over the years. Do yourself a favor and keep on looking for a reputable dentist! read more

We moved to Lebanon and had to find a new dentist. We called them to make sure they accepted our FEP Blue Dental insurance and they said yes. After the dental visit we had to pay $330. They said we would have to submit the bill to our dental insurance to get full reimbursement. Turns out we were misled and they were not part of the network so only $85 was covered. Either they don't understand the insurance business or they misled us. Dentist and dental staff were good but their business side is terrible. Now off to find another dentist. read more

Dr's do quality work at a fair price (not cheap). They've been treating my family for almost a decade, and I haven't looked for anther dentist even though my insurance no longer covers this practice. I am passionate enough about the work they do to pay full price. read more

As far as Dentist's go, I'm not a fan, but this place is very modern and does have a way of putting your mind at ease. If you're a curious person, they have a tv set up and you can actually watch what they're doing in your mouth above you, which is pretty neat. And the staff is all friendly and really try to help make you comfortable. The low stars tho is for the fact that they seem to be that typical dentist. They want to do a bunch of unnecessary work, and of course charge you for it, without thinking anything of your expenses. And it wasn't a we'll spread it out so insurance takes care of it. It was, lets do it right away we'll open a charge card for you to pay it off. I don't think so. Mind you, i was told "nothing is better than your real teeth" as I was being shown where my teeth (have always been) weak, and therefore they wanted to drill and put fillings in to save me the trouble later of them breaking down over the next 30 years. As far as dentists go, I found Testerman to be the best I've ever been to. They do excellent work and they back it up. They have caring and friendly staff that do an excellent job. They are little pricey though. The office is very modern and up to date on all the current practices. They even provided me with a free prescreening for sleep apnea and I found out that I have sleep apnea. They referred me to a sleep doctor who prescribed me a Cpap machine. My Health has improved because of this. They have been honest and have never recommended any work that I didn't need to have done. I would highly recommend them. read more
