Tony Lee (the owner) had the parts, gave us priority for the repairs, and he stayed late on Friday to rebuild the Escalade's heavy-duty transmission. It was installed the next morning and we continued our vacation to N. Myrtle Beach. Tony let us park our camper next to his garages and provided electric and water hookups for the night. He even let us use his wife's Escalade so we could drive into Scranton for dinner. And he took the time to show me his race cars. What a great professional experience. Payment methods and branding were discussed between both parties, and at no point were concerns formally raised or resolved before payment was withheld. If there were issues or misunderstandings, we were and still are open to addressing them professionally. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, our calls and emails went unanswered, and the agreed-upon payment was not made.
