However the quality of the pizza is great and you get to order it by the slice. The ladies who run the shop are quick and you get a nicely warmed up pizza to go or stay. There is limited seating next to the shop and usually difficult to find a place to sit during lunch time. They have a number of different varieties catering to most tastes and you can usually find something including vegetarian pizza choices all day. The prices here are reasonable and it's quite popular with local office staff and shoppers at the OEZ. If you want freshly cooked pizza you would have to order one and wait otherwise it is a slice off the pre prepared ones. If you are craving for freshly made to order pizza then you can do so here or hop across the road from the OEZ to Bel Mondo an Italian restaurant that also makes great pizza. This is very convenient for me as it is just down the road from the office :-)

I actually crave it and try to go at least once a week for lunch. My favorite is the Antipasti Pizza. It tastes great plus somehow it feels 'healthier' since there are veggies on it. Although, I haven't had a bad slice when I do attempt to try a new topping mix. This is an 'order by the slice' type of place but you could also order an entire pizza to go to. One slice is usually enough, but 2 would be my max for one sitting. If you're looking for pizza that is not super thin crust, then this place is definitely worth a try! p.s. The Veal Milanese had mixed reviews. My Italian friend from Milan thought it was not perfect, a little oily. He gave us the history of the dish as we ate. But my Argentinian friend thought the scallopine was good and loved it. My Mexican friend had the veal scallopine and he thought the portion was too big but he thought it was excellent. There was a perfect amount of mushrooms in the perfectly caramel colored sauce. He did not finish it. Upbeat Italian music at a reasonable volume, lighting perfect to see each other and menu. The food, serving size, and service was excellent! So we came back several times and tried different dishes, all experiences were consistently wonderful. We did go to other similar restaurants during our stay in Munich and quickly realized how great this place truly is. The others didn't compare. Big pluses besides what I've already stated, is they gave us tap water, no problem and no cost, which was a problem elsewhere in Germany. Also the bathrooms are at the same level as restaurant. I have mobility issues and a lot of European restaurants toilets are downstairs. I highly recommend Neuhauser Augustine's! Both inside and outside seating is very nice, too.

Perfectly crunchy skin, fall off the bone meat, good gravy and sides. Truly amazing. You have to get a card and load it up with money as they have no cash registers and, you just scan your card at each counter, you pick up food at. There is also a coffee shop / cafe where you can get coffee, sandwiches, breakfast items and cakes. This is a huge deviation from canteens in the area and, has very nice clean furniture, well dressed staff and good utensils. They also don't have any of the standard cafeteria trays (thank god for that :-)) There is table service to collect your plates and bowls when you have finished eating. There is also water at each table in case you don't want to buy a drink. It's rare to see that anywhere in this country ;-)) The menu changes daily and there are four stations for food. Pizza and salads are made fresh daily and then, you have a choice of Asian or Italian dishes. The choice for vegetarians is also good. I had the pasta today that was made with mushrooms and a Parmesan sauce. It was stored in a Parmesan round which meant, it adsorbed the flavours from the cheese mould and was delicious. The pizza looked good and everyone at our table really enjoyed their meal. Prices are reasonable as for under €8 you can have a main dish and side salad. Most main dishes are between €5-6,50. A great new addition to the neighborhood and just a few steps away from my office. The coffee is pretty ordinary but drinkable. It's better than the coffee at the office lol I will be a regular here for sure. A great addition to the area.

When I first started going there I thought that I wouldn't find a place to sit. Surprisingly that's never happened. It somehow always works out that I place my order (#9) and then by the time it's ready, there's a free seat. So don't be scared by the crowd - the place turns over fast. I've also tried and can recommend their sushi and spring rolls. Unfortunately I'm a creature of habit and usual stick to my tried and true favorite. So I got the Crispy Duck Curry and it was delicious. The duck was super crispy and it complimented well with the rich and creamy curry underneath. Lots of different veggies included too. I got a side of pho broth because I needed some soup in my system. My dad got the Crispy Duck Noodle soup which he really enjoyed as well. Second, the workers here are so friendly and helpful. It's a family owned business and we got to chat with the couple for a bit before we headed out. I would be aware that the food is salty. My dad and I were talking about it and they said that they purposely make it that way because that's how German food is. Regardless of the saltiness, it was a great restaurant and I would recommend!
