We put air in it ourselves a few times, but soon another one started to leak so we took the car back to Fleming's. We were told that the bead was leaking because chrome was flaking; they said this is very common with chrome rims. Also, a valve stem was leaking. They should have addressed the chrome issue when we bought the tires as well as replacing 4 valves. In addition, they never mentioned that the TPMS modules (tire pressure management system) needed to be replaced. We took the car to another tire store, and they did what Fleming's should have done in 2022. However, it cost us $487.52! Side note: even though we have always made appointments at Fleming's, they keep the car all day. The new store did the work in an hour!

I took my used sedan to this garage, as they helped me with my brakes before on another vehicle. The work done by them seemed to be rather good, so I went back again. Well, this will change. My used vehicle was pulling to one side, and making a creaking noise. I trusted them. Within 10 minutes, they had said my rack and pinion was "shot". And that I should leave it there because it is unsafe to drive. Well, I trusted them, and called up my warranty company. That day, i was told for a new rack and pinion, struts, and for them to fix the "entire front end" would be $2100. 2 days pass and my warranty company called me after they sent a mechanic to go look at this "issue". They would only cover $1,400 of it. I was then called by the garage, and Jim said "Do you have another $2,800?" I said absolutely not. He was rambling off random parts that were "needed". My mother was extremely upset that they were bullying me into forking out my entire downpayment on the vehicle. We took it right over the hill to another shop, and within 15 minutes of it being test driven by the owner, and his employees putting it up on the lift plus SHOWING me the exact parts moving when they shouldn't, the "rack and pinion" was actually an outer tie rod worn and also a bushing gone on the lower control arm. The rack and pinion was still like new, and was SAFE to drive, unlike what they said. My new $300 bill is better than the $3,800 one they tried to sell me. Plus, I had to fork over $150 after they illegally extorted my to get my key back. Absolutely insane, and I would like my $1550 back because NO garage charges a quote and diagnosis fee.

I drove my vehicle to them for an inspection, and afterward I was given only two options: either pay to have my vehicle TOWED at my own expense, or spend thousands of dollars on repairs with them. The reason my vehicle could no longer be driven was because they broke a part of the brake system while working on it. What was even more unbelievable was that they refused to accept responsibility for the damage. I simply asked them to fix the part they had broken and return my vehicle to me in safe, drivable condition. They eventually repaired it, but I was still charged for the repair of the part that they had broken. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. Warren was a great help to. When I purchased the vehicle it had a slight squeak. was told that is normal in Jeeps me and my husband did not think much of it. However in coming months the noise got really bad, made an appointment with the Jeep dealership owned by Cochran in Natrona heights. After arriving the service tech came out to the jeep pushed down on it and said yes that is not normal. He also told me that my jeep was out of warranty and I would probably be looking at about 45-90 dollars. If anymore he would let me know. After taking the jeep apart they found the issue and stated it was an arm control that goes into the bushing and the passenger side is worse than the drivers side. He quoted me the price to fix of 301.00. I stated to him I really do not think that it is fair for me to pay for something that had already started to be an issue when I purchased the vehicle. He asked me were I purchased the vehicle and I told him Monroeville Cochran. He said he would call over there and talk to someone and see what he could do. After speaking with the big manager from Monroeville, he told me that Monroeville is going to cove the expense to fix not one of the arm controls but both. That to me was a blessing and shows me that Cochran really does care about their customers and goes above and beyond to make them happy, I really appreciate the great customer service this type of service gives a business returning customers and customers recommending them to go to Cochran to purchase a vehicle.
