Over the years my wife and I have had a variety of dental work done at Parkcrest Dental Group, mostly with Dr. Jason Hall. We honestly have experienced no pain. The fixes moreover have lasted. Dr. Hall is straightforward about the work that needs to be done and accomplishes it with skill and finesse. Parkcrest is a smooth operation with competent technicians, cordial receptionists, and superb dentists. That this has been a successful dental practice for 50 years is no surprise. Today I was in for a couple of fillings and a cap. While I don't look forward to having my teeth worked on, this has been the best dental experience I've ever had.

I went for a consultation that was COMPLETELY FREE and this is where I learned about my future problems I could have. A couple weeks after I started my treatment. I now have gone in a couple times for scanning for Invisalign, getting attachments placed, and checking up on it. I am really glad that I decided to use Becker and Scott which was originally a recommendation from my dentist. Every time I go in all the staff there are so nice and helpful. Inside the building you can get free wifi and water, and they also have a rewards program. Basically with the patient rewards program you get points for doing things like starting treatments, coming on time to your appointments, reviewing Becker and Scott, etc. Then you can use these points to get gift cards. It is great that you can get free gift cards just for coming to your appointments. I have had nothing but good experiences at Becker and Scott, and I would recommend nowhere else for any orthodontic work you need done.

I had them on for 3+ years, and that was only because my mom had to tell them to take them off. I most likely would have had them on for 4 years without her help. Sharp holds off from taking the braces off completely when they are actually ready to come off, for his perfectionism. The faculty, including Sharp, are also very rude and talk down to every patient that comes in there, patients of all ages. There are a few good employees but you only get them if you're lucky. My experience as a high school teen with braces and pimples was hard enough, adding on this horrible orthodontist experience was something I don't want anyone to go through.

She came out almost in tears and I could tell right away something was wrong. She said the woman who cleaned her teeth was rough and the dentist who came in frightened her (her words were "she was like a mob boss"). The dentist didn't come out to let me know anything (if she did or didn't have any cavities, any additional preventative care needed, if my daughter needed to be doing anything different, if she had good dental health, etc..) which is what their previous dentist always did. When we got home she said it felt like there was cement on her teeth and I noticed some white stuff caked on. Dr Austin looked at so much more than the spacing in my kiddos teeth. He looked at his jaw, his symmetry, his bite, his neck, and countless other things that might contribute to dental issues. We were astounded to see a panorama x-ray to see what teeth were coming in next, and how large they were.
