Over the years my wife and I have had a variety of dental work done at Parkcrest Dental Group, mostly with Dr. Jason Hall. We honestly have experienced no pain. The fixes moreover have lasted. Dr. Hall is straightforward about the work that needs to be done and accomplishes it with skill and finesse. Parkcrest is a smooth operation with competent technicians, cordial receptionists, and superb dentists. That this has been a successful dental practice for 50 years is no surprise. Today I was in for a couple of fillings and a cap. While I don't look forward to having my teeth worked on, this has been the best dental experience I've ever had.

I went for a consultation that was COMPLETELY FREE and this is where I learned about my future problems I could have. A couple weeks after I started my treatment. I now have gone in a couple times for scanning for Invisalign, getting attachments placed, and checking up on it. I am really glad that I decided to use Becker and Scott which was originally a recommendation from my dentist. Every time I go in all the staff there are so nice and helpful. Inside the building you can get free wifi and water, and they also have a rewards program. Basically with the patient rewards program you get points for doing things like starting treatments, coming on time to your appointments, reviewing Becker and Scott, etc. Then you can use these points to get gift cards. It is great that you can get free gift cards just for coming to your appointments. I have had nothing but good experiences at Becker and Scott, and I would recommend nowhere else for any orthodontic work you need done.

Saw a retired dentist, very personable and friendly, but a waste of time and long drive from Branson. Second apt waited almost an hour and was told they were running late - followed by would you like to reschedule or wait. Decided to wait. Then told but we close the doors at 5 pm and it's already 4:45 pm so you'll have to reschedule. I reschedule when they had a cancellation and saw "T' He obviously was not in a good mood as my dental work was not a big dollar item but a follow up with cracked tooth. I have a large granuloma on the upper lip that I clearly pointed out to the technician and 'T' that the lip is sensitive and is quite visible. I left with a swollen lip, skin torn, bleeding, bruised and painful and unable to drink or eat for over a week now and having to wear a mask. The dentists use their first names - are they not doctor's or do they feel by using their first names they are bringing themselves down to the patient's level. Just a lot of smoke and mirrors.

She said the woman who cleaned her teeth was rough and the dentist who came in frightened her (her words were "she was like a mob boss"). The dentist didn't come out to let me know anything (if she did or didn't have any cavities, any additional preventative care needed, if my daughter needed to be doing anything different, if she had good dental health, etc..) which is what their previous dentist always did. Dr Austin looked at so much more than the spacing in my kiddos teeth. He looked at his jaw, his symmetry, his bite, his neck, and countless other things that might contribute to dental issues.
