I got there and was really surprised at the amount of reloading supplies they had in their small store. Both of the guys working were really nice and extremely helpful in deciding what powder/powders I needed for the two rifles. My reloading book didn't have the IMR powder data I was looking for for the 7.5x55 so they pulled out there book and found the data I needed. I walked out with 2 pounds of powder for $65, which I was really happy about as their prices are easily half of what you would pay on Gunbroker without the shipping. Unfortunately I didn't have time to look around as much as I wanted, but I will definitely be back to look further into what they have. Well worth the trip!!

He apologized for her behavior after she walked away. I still made a purchase because I was gift shopping and honestly the $10 discount wasn't a factor influencing my purchase, but it WAS a nice promotion for Rally House to offer to a frequent shopper. I will not return to this store due to her insulting behavior. There are plenty of other options in the area. Hope some other folks who try to use this promotion are more successful than I was.

So, I had some time and went to your store in Brinton Lake. As I entered your store, I said WOW! Most amazing Philly gear of any sporting goods store I had ever seen. It really blew me away. Thinking I was going to get swamped by all the fantastic items, one of your super staff members approached me and offered to show me around. She was very nice and provided superior customer service. Therefore I purchased a Super Bowl auto license bracket, a magnetic Eagle decal for my car, 4 Super Bowl tee shirts, one Eagles visor, and one lanyard. See pictures attached. I purchased a beautiful men's full zip jacket, a women's wool blend sweater, and a Patagonia hiking shirt that was 50% off. The young man who rang me up was incredibly nice and very chatty. So much so that he accidentally rang up my purchases at full price. When he realized this, he rang me up again, saying, "Don't worry, you won't be charged twice." Long story short, when I went through my bank statement a week later, I'd been charged twice. I went in today with my statement and the clothing and Kyle was INCREDIBLE. Apologetic, helpful, reassuring, saying he'd "take care of it and contact" me tomorrow. THIS IS WHY we love smaller businesses. They are HUMAN and although like all of us, sometimes make errors, they rectified it immediately. And now I will never go back to REI unless Trail Creek simply doesn't carry what I'm looking for. #customers for life.

When I participated in a drive to supply the homeless with winter socks, I bought a bunch of packs here a couple of years ago. I think it's crazy to pay retail when you have this in Delaware County.
