I've decided to use the car service for all of my travel in 2026…read more I started using Express RDU in 2025 Friends have offered to drive me and pick me up, but here's the thing that could be an inconvenience to people and anything could happen and then I don't make my flight or the flight is horribly delayed! Then I thought about doing Uber and I did the math and this Car service cheaper than Uber But more than that, it's "peace of mind." Gopal, who is the owner-- a lovely and kind man and the last time I used him it was when I went to California in November and when they arrived to pick me up, his wife was with him Such a lovely woman. I know a lot of times when you get picked up after you've just been on a long fight you don't want to talk to anyone, but honestly, it was such a pleasant If you're in need of a Car service that's reputable and professional I highly encourage them! I will be traveling a lot this year-- Its the Year of Lauren Some of my travel I'll be driving but when I have to get on a plane they are now my go to Car service

I made this choice because of the professionalism that I received when I first spoke with the representative. The representative was very knowledgable of the area, and how to supply our needs. This all carried over to the day of the event, and our ride. Our Chauffeur was very professional, presentable and efficient. We rented the Cadillac Escalade, and it was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and provided a smooth drive. He got us to and from our destination safely and professionally. I give Vankeith 5 stars, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great professional service.

My wife and I were out of town and she was beyond nervous at the prospect of driving from near Knightdale to Carrboro and back on her own. Mann is easily the most incompetent and unprofessional agency I've ever encountered. His lack of professionalism and follow through cost his property owner the opportunity to rent his house.
