I took a photo of the controls and one of the old battery so they would have an idea as to what I needed. They knew exactly what I needed to put my sump back in service. My equipment was dated and they told me that they don't make that exact battery anymore but they could modify one that would work just fine. I said yes and bought it. In and out in less than 10 minutes with a new battery. When I got home it took me about 2 minutes to hook it up and it was running again. Knowledgeable people, friendly service and good prices. Taylor informed me that he was unwilling to do it because it would take him until closing time. I asked him what he would be doing for the whole hour and he replied "my job". Clearly not. I don't appreciate being lied to. Many other trespasses I can overlook, but being lied to deserves a review. He was the friendliest guy imaginable. AND he gave me a discount without my asking. I expected the whole "it costs this much but you have to pay a core charge, you'll get that back when you return the old one" but nope. It was a very simple transaction. A couple of weeks later I take the old one back, because what else would I do with it. I just wanted to drop it off. A different guy, every bit as friendly as the first, said "hold on, it's worth something to you" and handed me a fiver. Are you kidding?
